After a hectic day of site seeing , come home to your own quiet private paradise.
Bring your bikes, park your car because everything is within a bike ride .
Just a mile away from the race track and casino, a walking distance to enjoy the day.
The house has two decks with plenty of space to spread out and soak in the sun.
Once the sun has set, no need to hurry inside, put some logs in the fire pit and roast marshmallows to cap of the day.
You will find WONDERFULLY comfortable beds, awesome couch , everything you need to be comfortable and relax.
The kitchen is beautifully designed with the open concept for great entertaining . Spacious and well equipped, it will inspire your culinary creative ability to the max.

Fantastic location!!!

Perfect location in town but very private. Enjoyed the wildlife every evening. Would stay again next time we’re in Hot Springs.

House very Comfortable

Just wish there were TV's in bedrooms. Hard to watch what teenagers want to watch. But house is in such a quiet spot and so close to everything. Like being at home

A group of us went for the Arkansas Derby weekend & the place was amazing! It was perfect for our couples weekend! If we ever go back we will stay here again!

Great house, great location!

This house is in town, but is still very private and quiet. It had ample space for 3 couples and we loved sitting out on the front porch. It is just minutes from "all the things" which makes is very convenient for an extended weekend stay.

Stayed june 26-29 2025. Lots of room. Very clean. No issues at all except the mosquitoes out side they would eat you alive. I left some candles on the porch for next visitors. But veryhappy

Perfect spot!

Booked to visit with our daughter and grandchildren to make Christmas cookies since they moved away from home. Large kitchen with good supplies and large bar for gathering around. Beds were comfortable and lots of seating room with the sectional. It was a great location to be able to bake, visit and play a couple of family games. Will return for other visits.

Perfect Home away from Home

The house was awesome. It was clean and had all the essentials need it. Perfectly located, minutes away from most major attractions and shops. Our host was on top of everything, we communicated throughout our stay and any issues we had whether small or big she resolved right away.

Perfect location!

We decided on a weekend trip with our sons and grandson. This house was the perfect location. It's in town but feels like your in the country! It's an older home, but very clean. The open concept and plenty of seating was great, because we had friends in town that came by for game night and pizza. Was able to walk to Oaklawn!The communication with the host was great. Very quick to respond.Can't wait to come back!

Family weekend at the races

House was clean and spacious. Fantastic lot with plenty of parking. Wonderful view of the deer in the backyard. Homeowner was easy to work with.

Family vacation

This property was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we all fell in love with this home. The host was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Property was clean and there were no issues with the property all weekend. Dana was very accommodating. She even tried to get us box seats at the races. My friends and a great weekend, and everything went smooth.

Wonderful experience

From the very beginning our host accomodating and attentive. They answered all my questions. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonder girl's weekend. We were provided hiking trail maps, recommendations on where to eat and places to see. They really went above and beyond. Thank you so much. I would definitely stay here again.

Served our purpose

This house gives the vibe of a country farm house. There were different expectations from us compared to the expectations of the host. The host quickly communicated with us and solved a couple of things we asked about. The house is in the middle of town, and the location is fairly quiet during the day and more so at night. The property has room for kids to run around. The bedroom we chose to use didn't have any place to unpack our clothes and no hangers were in the closet so we lived out of our suitcases during our four nights. My benchmark lesson for future VRBO stays is to ask more questions before booking.

Homey Hideaway

The property is just minutes away from the downtown and bathhouses, but it feels secluded and hidden away. The house was bigger than it appeared in photos, which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed coffee and card games on the front deck in the mornings and we got to see plenty of deer while doing so. The house fit our group of 7 nicely and there was plenty of seating for everybody. Lots of thoughtful touches were included such as coffee and filters. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. We didn’t need to reach out to the hosts for anything because they reached out before we got there and provided us with everything we needed. We were very pleased with our accommodations and would love to stay here again!

Pictures doesn't do it justice

I was a little hesitant at first. I didnt like the photos much so i kept overlooking it. The price kept drawing me back. And im glad it did. The photos did not show the beauty of the home that much to me. The house looks like something out of The Wizard of Oz on the photo. But it was actually nice. We had everything we need and was in the vacinity of everything. RENT THIS HOUSE!!! The owner responded quickly as well.

This house was disappointing.

I'm going to make this as short as I can. The setting & location of the house was great and we were allowed to check-in early. The mattresses were very comfortable. The oven was broke & was unable to be fixed. We couldn't use the cook top either. The handyman seemed impaired. There was a mop bucket left out in the kitchen. There was a pile of linens on the bed in the MB when we arrived. The toilet seat, in the MB, was visibly filthy! The futon was covered in stains. The mirrors had a hazy film all over them. We kept thinking it was condensation but it was not. And, there was lipstick marks/chunks on the bathroom counter.
