Sun 'n Games Cottage is perfect for families and small groups! Just minutes from historic downtown, beach, the Fort, Flight School and Fountain of Youth, this charming 3/2 fully renovated craftsman cottage is in a quiet neighborhood when you're ready to unwind. Our spacious historic home has vintage charm yet premium features such as a stunning chef's kitchen, fiber internet, 3 TVs, and a keyless smartlock. America's oldest city is an amazing destination and we cannot wait to share our home with you!
There is charm around every corner at Sun 'n Games Cottage. This 1920s home has been completely updated, yet maintains its authentic vintage features. There is so much space for everyone to relax, with three unique common areas. Our home gets its nickname from the massive great room, with plenty of comfy seating, a full-size ping pong table, and other fun games to make memories with your family and friends. The cozy formal sitting room has a piano, and the sun-drenched Florida room is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch TV or read a book. Fully updated chef's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, and the updated downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the huge primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and reading nook. The fully updated upstairs bathroom features dual sinks and walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second bedroom upstairs has two single beds. The private backyard has a dining table that seats 6, gas BBQ, and lounge furniture.
Sun 'n Games Cottage is in a central location with multiple tourist attractions and the historic downtown within walking distance. Vilano beach is just five minutes away and is easy to park. Want to stay Uptown? Walk to several restaurants including a fantastic coffee shop/wine bar, taqueria, and dessert shop. Make Sun 'n Games Cottage your next vacation destination! Propietario/a: Rob & Steph
Stephanie is originally from Michigan and Rob is from Arkansas. After moving to Florida in 2017, we made it our mission to explore our Sunshine State with our two kiddos and ended up falling in love with St. Augustine and all it has to offer in terms of beautiful beaches, rich history and culture, and restaurants/nightlife. We also adore the historic Fullerwood neighborhood and its central, yet low key location! This cottage is our (only) second home and we hope that comes across in the care and pride we take in it!

There is SO. MUCH. SPACE. We love having so many areas to relax and spread out and distance ourselves (lol) after a day at the beach or exploring the city. Our son loves the sunny Florida room at the front of the house and Steph enjoys reading in the cozy vintage living room while a ping pong tournament is taking place in the massive family room!
