Lakeview Haven Lodge is a unique mountain cabin in a special location where memories can be made year after year. Lakeview Haven, on 15 private acres, exemplifies the local saying, "More Park Less City”. Nestled between Eden and Huntsville, this large mountain cabin offers spectacular views of Pineview Reservoir and the Wasatch Mountains.

Lakeview Haven is a short drive to both the 1st and 2nd place ranked Ski Destinations in the West by Ski Magazine, Powder Mountain and Snowbasin (IKON), proud host of the 2034 Olympic Downhill!

When you aren’t hitting the powder-covered slopes, sled in the backyard or snowshoe through the woods down to the adjacent 9 miles of trails.

Between late Spring through early Fall, enjoy the warm waters of Pineview Reservoir or hike or mountain bike right out the back door.

After a day of winter or summer adventure, gather around the fire pit or in the large sauna or hottub with your friends or family. As the Alpenglow surrounds the Ogden Valley, relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the expansive views. Or challenge your traveling companions to a friendly game of cornhole, pool, shuffleboard or foosball. With 7 king-size beds and a room for 16, Lakeview Haven is your perfect year round adventure destination for making lasting memories.

Enjoy the sunrise over Pineview from the large primary bedroom. The room features a king-size bed, sitting area, office desk, large bathroom, private deck and walk-in closet.

The other 5 bedrooms house 6 additional king beds, 2 twin beds, and a portable crib. Additional fold out twin memory foam mattresses available with an additional fee.

The well appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining friends and family and opens up to the great room and dining area. A high chair and booster seat are available for your little ones.

We had a wonderful time at Lakeview Haven. So much to do at the house. Kids had a blast playing pickleball and basketball. Morning views with coffee were the favorite. Kitchen was well appointment and owners were very accommodative. Enjoyed our time. Kids and their friends said it was one of the best trips.

Spectular views from a lodge equipped with everything.

We stayed at Lakeview Haven for an annual ski trip. This was one of the best properties we have stayed at over the years.Each room had at least one super comfy king bed, the entire property was clean and well maintained, large TVs are present in all the rooms, there is a huge mud room that can accomodate a dozen skiiers/gear, and the property/views are spectacular. The owners were friendly, responsive, and showed geniune care for their guests' experience. We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely Lovely

I really cannot say enough about this home. It is a simply stunning location. Great to host friends and family. We had our children and our dear friends, everyone just fit perfectly. The mud room is brilliant if you like to ski or snowboard. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who like to cook. Not only is the house wonderful but the owners are even better. I hope to ski with them one day. Do not hesitate to reent this home. I plan to do so again.

Great space!

I took my entire family on a ski weekend. All of my adult kids and spouses plus grandkids. We had so much fun! The house is amazing with so many king sized beds for everyone. The hot tubs and sauna were so nice after a day of skiing and sledding. It was a great place to hang out and cook meals and play games in the evening. We loved it and want to come back in the summer months. Blythe was a joy to work with.

fun vacation getaway

This home was large, well stocked and fun. We had ten members of our extended family together for a ski vacation and it we all enjoyed staying in this lovely house. The kitchen, living spaces and bedrooms were comfortable and equipped with everything we could need. The standout features were the spa, sauna, game tables and outside sledding for the kids. We used all of these amenities constantly and it enhanced our stay a lot.

A Perfect Winter Retreat in Utah!

We had an amazing stay at Lakeview Haven Lodge! The home was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views and an abundance of amenities that kept the kids entertained. Blythe and Jesse were exceptional hosts, and renting their van made our trip even more seamless. Skiing at Nordic Valley was a highlight—it was ideal for our family as beginner skiers. Whether it’s for the beautiful scenery, family-friendly activities, or outstanding hospitality, we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Fall Break

It was a wonderful experience. There was adequate space for privacy, yet also space for gathering. There were numerous amenities for family activities. We especially enjoyed the phenomenal views and wildlife. It received a thumbs up rating from the entire group!

Huntington Reservoir Paradise

A group of 8 friends came up to enjoy a weekend away from SLC. The property was amazing and just what we needed. The pickleball court was so much fun and the house was only 9 minutes from the marina for a day of wake surfing. Also only about 22 minutes from downtown Ogden. Would definitely consider coming back for a winter ski weekend at snow basin.

Amazing Views

We stayed at this VRBO for my aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary, and it was perfect for our group. The views over Pineview Reservoir were amazing. We enjoyed playing basketball, pickleball, pool, and foosball, relaxing in the hot tubs, and hanging by the fire pit. The recommended chef prepared dinner for us one evening and even cleaned up all the dishes. The host was fantastic at communicating, and we even saw a couple of deer on the property. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

LakeHaven is a dream house. It’s easy to access Snowbasin and Jesse makes it even easier by offering a sprinter van to rent as an option. We drove all 9 of us to the mountain in blizzard weather and busiest day of the year. The car was a beast, and loading and parking one vehicle was so much easier. Every night we enjoyed the view of the lake from the hot tub and sauna. A welcome treat after a day of skiing. The kitchen is a dream to cook in. We felt so at home with every tool or appliance you could need, all nicely labeled and organized. It was only ten minutes drive to the grocery store and the view on the drive was stunning. The beds were super comfortable and having a pool table was a hit with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Family Christmas Skiing

We had twelve guests to include my 6 grandchildren stay at this great property. The views of the lake and mountains are incredible and the local skiing was wonderful. The family appreciated the amenities especially sledding down the back of the property and the games for the children. The mud room is a great setup after a day of skiing.

spring skiing at its best

Beautiful home in a tremendous setting and with convenient access to great skiing. We especially enjoyed cooking meals and enjoying the views from the large, well stocked kitchen and huge family room. After great days of skiing we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna - and the kids had as much fun sledding out back as they did on the ski slopes. Wonderful spacious home to gather with friends and family!

Can't wait to come back!

We loved everything about our stay! This house caters to all ages and our group of skiers had such a fun week at Snowbasin while staying here!! Jesse and Blythe were super responsive to any questions before or during our trip and we loved all the great touches they provide! We rented the sprinter van for our group to get to mountain every morning and definitely recommend for any group renting the house! The ski room is amazing for storing AND drying/warming all the gear after a day on the slopes, and we all enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The kitchen is great for anyone who loves to cook, but we also left the cooking up to their recommended personal chef a few nights- highly recommend for any group looking to relax on their trip! We had a great trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay - we hope to get back next season!

Fantastic Group Getaway

Beautiful yard, view and wildlife. Loved the amenities (pickle ball, outside gas fireplace, sauna, hot tub, gym, corn hole, basketball etc). Lots of king beds (7) and separate rooms to spread out in. Everything is labeled well and had all the right extras. Wish it had a common bathroom on the main floor and the hot tub (for 4 people) was great, but wish it was larger. I absolutely loved the home. Highly recommend it and will most assuredly return in the future.

Awesome Home with a great view and Pickleball!

We had a fun stay in this beautiful home. The view of Pineview Reservoir can’t be beat. The home is large with plenty of room for sleeping, dining and gathering spots. The beds are all king size and very comfortable. One of the best things about the home for our family was the pickleball court and outdoor pavilion. We spent lots of time playing outside and enjoying the view. The home is very secluded but is actually close to the road with easy access to the reservoir and beautiful hikes. The owners were great to communicate with us and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this home again. We made lots of great memories with our family.

Beautiful cabin, excellent location

Loved this large cabin! We were in town from Florida to ski for a few days at Snowbasin. Unbelievable cabin- nice kitchen and living setup- tons of rooms to spread out in. Loved the pool table, home gym, hot tub, tv setup, but the view was the best part- breathtaking view of sunsets over mountains and the water. Owners even were thoughtful enough to give us a bottle of wine when we arrived. Brady, the manager, was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this cabin- would be wonderful year-round.

Perfect Family Retreat in the Mountains

We booked a last minute stay at Lakeview Haven so we could ski Snowbasin on opening day. It was the perfect spot for our family! The house was large yet super cozy. Although it was close to everything, we felt like we were in our own private forest retreat up in the mountains. It had everything we needed. The kids had a blast running around the huge yard, sledding and chasing after turkeys. The expansive open views and sunrises over the lake were stunning. Brady was great to work with. The house was clean and already heated when we showed up late at night. The house would be great for a few families. We look forward to coming back to Lakeview Haven with friends.

Cozy cabin in awesome location in the Ogden Valley

We stayed over New Years and had a great time. The place is well kept and has everything you need. We had a few families in our group and the rooms were spacious that could accommodate multiple children as well. There are few places around the home to sit and relax. The location was awesome as well with a great view of Pineview Reservoir and easy access to anything you'd like to do in the valley. We plan on going back in the summer time to enjoy the lake. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anybody!

Fantastic space for large groups

We loved this property. So much space, both inside and out. The mountain and lake views are unmatched (especially when sitting in the hot tub out on the deck). The mud room made it super easy to get in & out of ski gear, and to store it. The property is quite large, and had two great sledding hills. We had a large group, 11 people, and there was always plenty of space in the house to get some private time for yourself. We've stayed in a number of large places over the years, coming here for Christmas, and this one is the best. Convenient location to Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Owner & property manager were always quick getting back to us, and super responsive.
