Fully renovated, four-bedroom, luxury home! Located 0.2 miles from UMFK, 0.5 miles from downtown, and 1.5 miles from Northern Maine Medical Center. Dedicated office space with high-speed internet/WIFI. Fully stocked luxury kitchen with seating for four at the island. Seating for six at the dining room table. Snowmobile and ATV access within approximately 300ft from the house! There are security cameras located on the outside of the house for your safety.

This was our second time staying at this property. It's truly a wonderful house. With the weather a little cooler than on our last visit, the electric fireplace downstairs was very welcome! Looking forward to our next stay!

Our host Joey, was immediately responsive and accommodating and messaged during our stay to make sure all was good. We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and the house was the perfect fit. It was beautifully decorated, kitchen was well stocked and the house was roomy and homey. The finished porch and fireplace were a great touch! Bedrooms had good space and worked well for our family of 5. Proximity to downtown was a big plus. We would definitely book this house from Joey again in the future!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay at this house, and it was just as cozy and perfect as we remembered. The location is so convenient to everything in Fort Kent, and the house is beautifully set up with everything you could need right at your fingertips. The bedrooms are comfy, the dining area is great for meals or game night, and the back room doubles as a chill TV room or working office space. Such a great spot — sad to leave, but we'll definitely be back again!

Great place for a family!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home! We had plenty of space to gather together, but to also spread out a bit. The home was clean, well appointed, and the owner was flexible in meeting our needs. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Upper Saint John Valley!!

Family Time

We completely enjoyed staying at this very tastefully remodeled home. The house was very clean, excellent location - near everything. Beds were super comfortable. This host really went the extra mile with extremely comfortable furniture and quality furnishings along with extra touches to make life comfortable and convenient for a weary traveler.

Friends ski weekend

House is nicely remodeled and clean. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and preparing meals. Coffee and other basics on hand. Easy walk to town and close to xc ski trails.

Perfect Place to Stay

We were in Fort Kent visiting family and would love to have stayed longer at this wonderfully comfortable and perfectly clean house. Every little detail is thoughtfully attended to, from the comfortable beds and bedding to the kitchen with everything you need, to the extras, like the games, fireplace, and two tv’s. The host is quick to respond to any questions. We have stayed in many vacation houses and this was one of the very best!

Beautiful Place!

Loved everything about our stay. Furniture and beds were comfortable. More than enough space for my family of all adult children. Location was great. Had a minor issue and Joey was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again. Super clean!

Old Meets Modern in a Small Town

We were impressed with the upgrades to the older house! It was very clean and comfortable for our family who was in town for our daughter's graduation from UMFK. It is surprising how much room is on the inside! Joey was an excellent host!

Summer Getaway

This house was perfect for our group....including our dog! Our son who was doing an internship & staying in the dorms, loved staying with us & having his own clean bedroom with AC! Joey was so communicative, always available for questions! The kitchen is set up so well for preparing meals with state of art appliances.

Great Location

Our host responded promptly to text messages. Location was great especially given the easy access to food, playgrounds for kiddos, etc. Cleanliness was a plus, too! The only recommendation I have is the purchase of a hand vacuum for quick cleaning. (Especially with young ones coming and going)

Great for snowmobiling

My wife and I stayed here with friends to snowmobile. Trail access was a a hundred feet away. Jump right on ITS 85 and go anywhere. House was beautiful, modern and comfortable. Big driveway for my truck and 24’ sled trailer, garage to put the sleds in at night. Owner was the best host I’ve encountered. Will definitely stay here again!!

Sled and stay

The property surpassed our expectations. It has been recently updated with plenty of room for our friends and gear. Joey offered up the garage to keep our snowmobiles out of the elements at night. Having two bathrooms and a washer and dryer was a bonus. The location is perfect, close to grocery store, trails, gas, and restaurants. Definitely putting this on our short list for future trips.

I'm a Northern Maine native, passionate about hospitality, interior design, and real estate. A veteran of two military branches, father, town councilor, registered nurse, and psychiatric nurse practitioner student, I've always wanted to design a beautiful space and share it with others. Life is too short to keep everything for yourself! I'm extremely passionate about my community. Rich with history and a thick French culture, Ft. Kent, Maine, is one of the best kept secrets this side of the Pacific Ocean. Fort Kent boasts some of the best ATV and snowmobile trails in the entire country. Our four seasons offer something for everyone. The fishing is spectacular and the rivers are amazing to swim in. Ft. Kent hosts a yearly dog sled race and muskie derby! We have our own ski resort, hospital, university, coffee shops, downtown shopping, craft brewery, and several bars and restaurants. The property is located 0.4 miles from the center of town, 0.2 miles from the University of Maine at Ft. Kent, and 1.5 miles from Northern Maine Medical Center. The house has been completely renovated with luxury in mind. There is a fully stocked professional kitchen with cooktop, built-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and farm sink. Relax on the Italian leather couch with reclining seats and watch your favorite movie on a 65” smart tv in the modern farm style living room. Dining table accommodates 6 and 4 additional seats can be found at the kitchen island. Farm style bathrooms feature luxury towels and amenities. High efficiency washer and dryer. 1 Queen bed, 3 full beds, and full sleeper sofa. Attached garage. Dedicated office space located in a sun room with high-speed internet for the professionals out there. Keypad door entrance allows for a seamless check in and check out. And, yes, there is a coffee maker!
