Entire House 2 Minutes to South Shore Hospital

This home is located in desirable South Weymouth. Close to South Shore hospital, Whole Foods, Friendly's restaurant, Walgreen, other amenities and quick access to the highway.
The house has 3 regular bedrooms, 1 attic bedroom which is inside the first bedroom and 1 walk-out basement bedroom.

Basic kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, silverwares are provided.

The house is deep cleaned and sanitized after each stay to ensure guest's experiences.

Driving from the house to downtown Boston is around 22 minutes without traffics. Only 2 minutes driving to South Shore hospital.
Easy, 3 free parking in home’s driveway.

Our home is situated on a dead-end street and near the commuter rail. Being near the commuter rail, when the train runs past, it can be a little loud but only briefly. The trains don’t run as frequently as the other T lines, as it is a commuter line.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or $250 extra cleaning fee. Pack and play is available at least 24 hours notice request before the check in time.


NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Any manipulation of the cameras or the internet will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Quiet hours :9pm-8am.

We have 3 off street parking spots in the driveway depends on car sizes.
For safety reasons, please do not move furnitures.

The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 11pm. We often have to be strict regarding the check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure. If you check-out between 11am and 12pm without prior approval you will be charged $100.00 automatically. If you check-out after 12pm without prior approval, you will be charged an additional night at the current rate shown on the calendar.

Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. It is important to remember to keep pets effectively restrained by a leash when they are out of the house.
