Live the marina life in New Buffalo!

Enjoy the unique experience of living in the center of a marina and in the heart of the waterfront district walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shops in downtown New Buffalo!

Our penthouse 2bed/2 bath condo w 2 large balconies is thoughtfully outfitted for everything you need to enjoy your stay with water views from any window.

We ask that guests do not smoke inside the home/ first floor marina. Pets & parties are also not welcome. Follow us on IG at "themarinalifenewbuffalo"

The condo is located on the second floor of a marina accessible via a staircase.

We have 2 patios on each side of our 2 bed / 2 full-bath unit.

It sleeps 7 comfortably:
- Primary BR has a queen size bed (2)
- 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed and twin (3)
- Living Area has a queen pullout (2)

There’s plenty of seating options for dining and relaxing in all areas. 2 designated parking spots are included as well.

The entire second floor condo is included as part of the booking. In addition the grassy areas and park areas around are available as well.

The first floor and marina is owned by the local township.

We are available via the AirBNB platform or feel free to text or call us with any questions. Our contact information will be provided after booking.

A short walk to the beach and downtown New Buffalo!

We have 2 dedicated parking spots for our unit. We are also walking distance to the New Buffalo Metra Stop.

This a beautiful and comfortable apartment! The location is great: walked to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen to be well equipped. Melanie was a very helpful and responsive host. I highly recommend this great property!

Perfect Beach Stay

We wanted a place where we could see water while sipping coffee in the mornings and be able to access the beach quickly and easily. This location was perfect and only a short walk also to shops and restaurants. The condo was exceptionally clean, well appointed and equipped with anything we would need during our stay. We could not have been more pleased with this rental and we will definitely go back. Our hosts were lovely and more than willing to answer any questions we had.

Such a unique property!!

We’ve been going to New Buffalo for years, this is the first time staying at this condo. The location can’t be beat, and Melanie was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. They have thought of everything and provide it for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Fun Getaway

Great property if you want to enjoy the Michigan shoreline side of Lake Michigan. We have been all up and down the Cheesehead side of the lake but not the dunes side- great trip. Apt faces west so great sunsets on the deck. Comfortable and clean, easy to work with the owners.

Retirement celebration in NB

Fantastic stay. Best location and views. Really enjoyed everything about the property. Celebrated a retirement and a couple BIG birthdays and our stay could not have been better. Our host, Melanie, was a joy to rent from and responded very promptly to all of our concerns prior to booking and checking in. Only regret was the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the decks on either end of the unit. But, we already plan to book here again when the weather is warmer.

Girls getaway

This is a great property for a getaway. You are very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was very clean and very spacious. We were able to communicate with our host very quickly and had no problems. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place to Recharge

Fabulous place to recharge! Beautiful view of the harbor and perfect proximity to everything in New Buffalo. The hosts were terrific, the location is second to none, and we will definitely be back!

New Year’s Eve get away

Everything was perfect! Condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location was walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Owners were very friendly and accommodating! We will be going back!

The condo was very nice with mamy windows and located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Upon arrival, the code was not accurate, so it was a bit nerve-racking. Short walk to the beach- ideal!

Lovely stay, enjoyed the location and the property. My family of 2 kids and 2 adults found the property to be comfortable and not too big, not too small. We had a great stay thanks to a short walk to the New Buffalo beach and into town for dining and shopping.

Girls Wine Weekend

Four of us met up from three different states to spend the weekend catching up and doing a winery tour. The property was lovely, close to everything in New Buffalo (walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants), and we had a great time!
