Perfect for business travelers, hospital visitors, or mid-term stays, this apartment offers a quiet and functional space with all the comforts of home. Enjoy ultra-fast 1 Gig Fiber Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and smart Roku TVs in both the living room and bedroom. With a private entrance, assigned parking, and access to shared laundry, your stay is seamless and comfortable.
The Space
Part of a secluded 5-plex in the Markea Court Townhomes, this apartment offers privacy while keeping you close to downtown, hospitals, and major business centers.
Entry:
- Private exterior entrance on the left side of the building, down the stairs
- Keyless self-check-in for convenience

- Smart Roku TV for streaming
- Lift-top coffee table doubles as a workspace
- Queen air mattress available for extra guests (linens provided)

- Full-size fridge with icemaker
- Keurig coffee maker with starter pods
- Nonstick pots and pans, baking pans, waffle iron, rice cooker, and blender
- Full set of utensils, cutting board, and sharp knife set
