The balcony was absolutely amazing and I would go again just for that. We spent tons of time on it. Bed was comfortable in master. Very easy access to beach. Loved our time there!

Enjoyed our stay. Washing machine was broken and caused minor inconvenience. Our owner’s rep was helpful and provided more towels for our stay.

We traveled to Orange Beach for a family girls’ trip. We chose this property largely for the wraparound balcony and beautiful views, and it did not disappoint. Everything was comfortable and lots of space for our group of 4. Location was convenient with restaurants and shops close by. Our only issue was the washer and dryer needed to be serviced. I relayed this to the property manager and got a quick response. Hopefully that has been resolved. Overall I’d recommend this property and would book a future stay.

Our stay was fantastic, the property decor was beautiful and the view even better. Absolutely loved the corner unit with the big balcony and the entrance from every room amazing. The property had everything that you might need-blender, crockpot…you name it, it was provided! Definitely will stay there again.

The location, customer service, and accuracy of phots were even better in person. The only thing that I would recommend is better mattresses. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was as close to perfect as I can imagine. Our experience with the rental agent was great. A very difficult unexpected event required us to change the dates of our stay. The agent was so kind, and made the rescheduling process smooth and easy. Check-in and check-out were super easy. There is an extra charge for parking, and access to the parking lot was controlled.The condo itself was clean and nicely furnished. The balcony was our favorite feature - much larger than most, with comfortable furniture and a gorgeous view of the beach. Everything we could’ve needed or wanted was furnished. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and the gulf state park. Our small group thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful week on the beach!!

We enjoyed our stay on the beach so much! The white soft sand and beautiful sunrises were wonderful. Took advantage of Sandcastle University there too! Light outside the condo was inconsistently on at night but once inside we didn't care. Our 4 year old said it best, I want to stay here forever... Would have preferred 2 king beds for adults and upper bunk was unsafe feeling, but generally loved the visit! Thanks!

Cleanliness

Upon arrival the condo was not completely cleaned to what I expected. However, when I let the Property Manager know she was more than willing to make it right. Great family place, not overly crowded, we had a blast.

Great place to Gather

Our daughters flew in from around the USA and gathered with us at this well-decorated, well-equipped unit. The wraparound balcony was truly the star of the place! The kitchen had everything we needed. Some cookies and other food from previous renters had not been disposed of, but other than that, the unit was clean and had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Many details were appreciated... laundry and dish pods, bath soap, and even the hurricane shutters blocked the wind one day on one side of the balcony. We loved this unit and would stay again. Great central location.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We loved everything about this condo. The location, the view from all 3 bedrooms and the living area, the cleanliness of the unit, the decor, patio furniture, literally everything. It was also such a gamechanger having the automatic hurricane shutters. Thankfully, we didnt have any storms but it was super windy several mornings and we were able to control the wind by dropping one of the shutters. My only complaint would be the shower curtain in the master was mildewed. But other than that, it was a beautiful, clean, comfy, well maintained unit and we will definitely be back.

Labor Day weekend

Nicely decorated condo. Unit on 10th floor. Wind storm came through out of no where and blew furnishings off balcony. We had a scavenger hunt and were able to locate the items that blew away. We lowered the hurricane shutters after that. Only two elevators and they did stop running a few times. Overall, we would rent the unit again. It had everything that we needed.

Property was dirty. Oven, bathroom shower curtains. Floors, had to wash bedspread and top cover. Red substance on it. Came out when we washed. Another odd thing about this property they only allowed 12 sets of chairs and umbrella to be set up. So couldn’t rent a set. Had to go down beach to rent . Long walk every day.

The highlight of this condo was the wrap around deck! The views, and the feeling of being on the beach were fabulous! Definitely is very tired and needs painting, new linens,and more towels. Setting was beautiful.

The building is a bit older and this unit could use a good deep cleaning. The location was great and convenient to get around. The balcony was the best part - it wraps around the entire side of the condo. It’s mostly private and has a consistent breeze. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
