Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Kelowna!

This private and spacious unit is nestled on scenic Knox Mountain in a quiet neighbourhood—just a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Kelowna and the lake. Surrounded by endless walking and biking trails with stunning lake views in every direction, it’s the perfect peaceful retreat that still keeps you close to all the action.

Ideal for families—and pet friendly too, because we believe your furry companions are family and should never be left behind.

The fully updated kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a blender, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes, cutlery, coffee, and tea. In the cozy living room, unwind with a Smart TV offering Netflix, Prime, Disney, Discovery, and Hayu.

The home features three large bedrooms:

A private master bedroom with a memory foam king bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.

Two additional queen bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home for extra privacy, each with large closets.

A full bathroom with double sinks and a shower/bathtub combo serves the additional bedrooms.

Outdoor spaces:
There are two private outdoor seating areas:

A covered back patio with hillside views, a large dining table (seats 6), and a BBQ—overlooking a fully fenced grassy yard, perfect for pets to play.

A front veranda where you can relax with a glass of local wine after a day at the beach. This area is also great for securely storing bikes, paddleboards, or kayaks.

Extras and amenities:

Ample parking out front, with space for a boat or trailer.

Laundry room with supplies provided.

Gift basket included for stays of 5 days or longer.

Please note:
There is a completely separate unit downstairs, but your space is entirely private with its own entrance, fenced yard, and no shared areas.

Pet policy: Pets are welcome for an additional fee per pet. Please notify the host in advance with your pet’s breed and size to determine the applicable fee.

Occupancy:
This home accommodates up to 6 guests. Additional guests are subject to a fee of $100 per person, per night.

This was a great property to stay in for a little girl’s weekend away in Kelowna. Walking distance to nice hikes, a short drive to downtown or west Kelowna. The front patio was private and an amazing place to spend time. The house was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, it seemed like someone either used to or currently smoked in the unit below the house so it often smelled faintly of smoke. So something to be aware of if you’re sensitive. But other than that, I’d recommend this place for your next trip to Kelowna!

Bachelorette Stay

We had the pleasure of staying at Irena’s place this past weekend and it was lovely. The house was very clean and it was very easy to communicate with her. The location is great as well for families/friends who want to visit Kelowna for the summer. Would recommend!

Great location and stay!

We came in to Kelowna for a hockey tournament and was looking for ease of access to rink, while still getting to experience Kelowna for all it had to offer. The home was as advertised, communication was easy and quick and our stay was great. We loved the ability to cook and grill daily, plenty of room for everyone and our dog loved the yard. We would definitely stay again!

Super awesome hosts. They were very communicative and helpful. The place was super clean and cute. We loved the patio area! Cute kitchen and overall super nice place. We left a swimsuit there and they made it very easy for us to pick it up again and even offered to ship it which was awesome. Would stay here again!

perfect for our grad trip

The check in process was very easy, and the owners made communication, very open and easily accessible. Close to downtown and beaches and very easy to find, Good for large groups as there’s a lot of room for parking very clean property left with everything we would need. Recommend to others and definitely stay here again!

Came for the Sun season opener

Overall a great little 3 bedroom place, away from the hustle n bustle of downtown. The hosts were great to deal with, and they are pet people. They even had some toys and treats for our dog!😊

Friend Reunion

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was immaculately clean, which made us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we walked in. The rooms were incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the huge backyard. It provided a perfect space for outdoor activities and gatherings, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were amazing communicators, always responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay with friends. Family home away from home!

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at Irena and Blake's home in Kelowna....what a perfect place for us all. There were 6 of us in total and our dog. The house was exactly what we were looking for with 3 bedrooms and room for all. It was centrally located just minutes from downtown and also from the university. The house was super clean and stocked with all the amenities you could ask for...we were even welcomed with a wonderfully personalized basket of goodies and a bottle of wine to celebrate our daughter's university graduation. We enjoyed both decks in the warm weather and appreciated the living room area and ample seating for all. It was also great having enough parking for 2 large vehicles right out front of the property. Irena was a gracious host, super responsive and thoughtful. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others! Thank you again for the amazing stay!

Lovely stay in the hills

We enjoyed our stay, the layout is great especially if travelling with other adults with the master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the opposite. Master shower had a funky touch that was super fun. The gift basket from host was so sweet. If you love to see wildlife on your walks with the dog this place is great. Even saw a deer out the kitchen window. The deck and front sitting area outside were amazing, wish we could have spent more time in them. The place had everything you needed and more.

The perfect stay!

Irena & Blake's home was the perfect choice for our week of fun in the Kelowna summer sun. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were very comfy and the area was very quiet for a good nights sleep. The private enclosed front porch/patio area is beautifully furnished and provided us with the ideal place to store our 2 kayaks and 2 ebikes. Irena & Blake were perfect hosts, kindly shared their 2 beautiful Pomeranian dogs with my wife and giving me some delicious zucchini for the BBQ from their garden.

Lovely weekend

The house is so clean and was the perfect spot for 5 people. The bathroons are big, the backyard is so spacious and the kitchen has everything youd need on vacation. Irena was the perfect host. Dont gorget to have breakfast in the front yard nook, its so peaceful, comfy, and a great place to read.
