We look forward to welcoming you into our home!! We're located less than 10 minutes from the Orlando International Airport in a gated country club. Our home is approximately 20 minutes to tourist attractions including Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Outlets, and so much more. Property is great for golfers, small families, International travelers, or anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, fun, and safe place to stay. We are the perfect alternative to the small, overpriced hotel rooms in Orlando.

Don’t recommend.

I’m going to preface this to say that I NEVER leave bad reviews. I’m going to start with we never got check in instructions. Sent message to property manager when we were on the way with no response. Got to security gate and the guard had to call the manager twice. Address on the listing is the wrong street so had an extremely difficult time finding it. The home was not very well equipped. Had to send 2 messages the the manager to get the Wi-Fi password. Didn’t receive any check out instructions. The owners definitely need to get a different property manager.

Thanks for your observations. This is a minor thing since you can call the phone listed to receive your check-in instructions at any time. We never recommend calling on the way because this is a vocational property not serviced 24/7 and a reply could take a few hours. But if you make the call 2 or 3 days before is best. We check the record and the security company called 2 times in just 2 minutes from the difference so that is extremely fast. It looks like your review is something low because of something you can do very quickly. Also, wifi passwords are always on the routers in from of the TV in all properties, is in the same area where people have the passwords in their homes, nothing difference. Very minor things.

Worst experience ever at a VRBO

We’re frequent users of VRBOs. This was easily our worst experience. Started with being messaged 9 times on Christmas Day for payment since their payment system didn’t work seamlessly with VRBOs. The link they kept sending never worked. The unit had zero wash cloths for showers or baths. Zero dish towels. Only had clothes hangers big enough for baby clothes. Blinds in poor shape. When mentioned to the management company I received a snarky reply saying we could go buy hangers and and that they don’t want provide wash cloths because they provide bar soap. ??? We left without even unpacking, it was that bad. They refuse to issue even a partial refund even though we never used the unit. Pictures are extremely deceptive. Would never recommend using this unit or any other ran by this management company.
