Recently upgraded 2 bedroom 2 bath sleeps up to 6 and is located just a 2 minute drive to the Deer Valley Gondola through the new portal under Hwy 40. Park City and Canyons Ski Resorts 8 mile drive. In the winter, there are great views of the Jordanelle lake. In the summer, the grove of Aspens have all their leaves on and provide a private setting. The drive from the Salt Lake Airport is about 45 min on all freeway. No Stoplights!

When you arrive there are two underground reserved spaces for your vehicles and additional overflow parking. You can enter the condo directly from the garage.

Inside you will find a nicely remodeled unit with new furniture, flooring, and appliances, The Master bedroom with attached bath has a new Queen bed and views of the Aspen trees and Jordanelle. It also has a 30 inch wall mounted Smart TV.

The second bedroom also has a new Queen bed and views of the Jordanelle. The 2nd bath is adjacent to the bedroom. This bath includes a combination tub/shower.

The living area includes a comfortable Queen pull-out couch, two leather recliners and a nice LG 42 Inch Smart TV and a gas fireplace that you turn on via the wall mounted switch.

Off of the family room, there is a deck with a brand new Weber propane BBQ including an extra tank and 2 very comfortable chairs.

Also in the main living area is a dining table that seats 4 plus there is room for 2 more at the Breakfast bar. The nicely remodeled kitchen is well stocked with all the stainless steel appliances and cooking items you need. For coffee, there 3 coffee makers: Keurig, drip coffee maker and a French Press with a grinder.

High Speed Internet Wi-Fi works great throughout the condo.

The Fox Bay community center offers a heated pool in the summer along with a year round heated hot-tub. The clubhouse has a fitness center, billiards pool table and a ping pong table. For the summer, there is also a pickle ball court, basketball court, a tot lot with picnic tables area. Many hiking trails are within close proximity to the Fox Bay community.

We love to visit our mountain getaway and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Conveniently located, well-appointed condo

I stayed in this condo during the winter ski season, 2024-25. This condo is conveniently located to Deer Valley East/Deer Valley Gondola (5 minutes). Park City Main Street as well as the Cabriolet at Park City are less than 15 minutes away. Best of all - you avoid the traffic on 224! This condo is thoughtfully furnished, with all the necessary items needed for a wonderful stay, and many extras as well. Tony is a great landlord and quick to respond. I really enjoyed my stay in this condo and recommend it highly.Mary

Perfect Winter Get Away

Our visit was awesome. Accommodations exactly as expected, amenities/supplies above and beyond, decor comfortable, inviting and cozy. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels in bathrooms. Beds/mattresses comfortableTony was an excellent host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We couldn’t have been happier with our month plus stay and hope our travel plans allow us to visit again. Thank you!

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Our group of four had plenty of room to lounge, eat and sleep. Beautiful view of the mountains/water that you can drive or hike to. Short and easy drive to Park City (we did this daily). Also, there are 2 assigned parking spots in an enclosed garage for the unit which was a plus! I would stay here again if we were to come back to Park City.

Great condo near Park City!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo that was just a short drive outside of downtown Park City. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle of Park City but with quick access to the ski slopes and all of the activities the area has to offer. It was a perfect place for a family of four. Anthony was extreme responsive to any questions I had. We highly recommend this as a place to rent when coming to visit Park City!

Wonderful stay

Outstanding

My wife and I spent most of the summer at this attractive home…many positive attributes that should appeal to any short or long term renter…great location and very few steps to navigate…indoor parking for two cars with plenty of room…also a handy free parking lot for guests…the unit is surrounded by Aspen trees which give it a”cabin in the woods” feeling…fully equipped kitchen with lots of condiments and storage…minor problems were immediately addressed by the landlord…big Smart TV with electric reclining chair….good closet space and roomy bathrooms…outstanding AC system and overhead fans….we will be back next summer

Quiet, Cozy and Convenient

A good location, with quiet and lovely views of Jordanelle Lake. Literally a 5 minute drive to the Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola for a civilized, uncrowded access to the slopes. Quick trips to Heber City for groceries at Smith's (a really well stocked grocery). Park City and its restaurants, shops and slopes are 25 minutes away. If you are an independent traveler/skier, this is the place for you. Very comfortable accommodations for 2 friends traveling together, two couples or a small family. Parking is inside, so no snow to clear in the morning. Roads were well taken care of.

Pleasant Condo by Jordenelle

We had a nice stay. The condo is closer to 15-20 minutes from PC mountain during the morning rush. Condo had plenty of cooking gear and spices. Property manager was responsive. Condo is not fancy, but clean and good for price.

Fall at Fox Bay

Great location close to Park City and Midway/Heber, the very modern condo was clean and tidy and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you might need for some home cooking if you can pull yourself away from the great local restaurants. Lots of good recommendations of activities and places to eat were provided. Check-in/out was really easy and having two secure parking spots in the garage with internal access was a nice bonus. We stayed in the fall, the colors were amazing, and the complex was pretty quiet, barely saw or heard any of the neighbors. Would stay again! =)

Comfortable, convenient

Great stay here. Close to all the activities in Park City but away from the crowd. Good access to the Mirror Lake highway and all the trails. Unit updated, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Host very accommodating and easy to reach.

20 Yr. Annniversary Stay

Great property, close to all the places we wanted to play, Olympic Park, Jordanelle, Heber/Midway. Very clean and just as advertised. Only complaint is that I am 6'2" 250, my wife is 5'10", and a king size bed would have been nice along with a better couch to sit on to watch TV comfortably. Aside from that I'd highly recommend and would still likely stay there again.

Great stay

The condo was great for my son’s and my MTB trip. Clean, quiet and well stocked condo. Larry was very responsive. Close to both park city and heber. Would stay again.

My wife and I were raised in Salt Lake City and grew up skiing in Park City in the 60's and 70's. We currently reside in Southern California, but have always wanted to visit Utah and in particular Park City for all seasons. We have upgraded this beautiful condo to make it a very comfortable perfect for our family enjoyment and for our guests.

We Love the Fox Bay community of condominiums located between the Jordanelle State Park Reservoir and the Back side of the Deer Valley Ski Resort. This is very quiet and peaceful location with easy access to the Reservoir for Aquatic activities and very close to the Deer Valley Gondola Express lift for skiing. Easy access to Park City and Heber City on Highway 40.
