This listing is for 2 historic homes and sleeps up to 22 people; you'll have 6,000 square feet of space, 7 bed rooms, 5 bathrooms and full acre in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Birmingham. Both homes have been fully renovated but still maintain their historic charm. Located in the heart of the historic district in Birmingham, it makes it perfect dwelling for exploring Downtown. The sheer size of the homes makes them perfect for hosting events such as Weddings, golf trips, birthday and graduation parties or simply any large group traveling together. Enjoy 2 separate homes, both with large front porches and plenty of privacy. The homes have 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds and 8 Full beds. Both homes have fully equipped kitchens. Free Parking!

Terrific spot for a group trip to this location. 12 guy golf trip to RTJ and this is the perfect setup. Also wound up going to Alabama football game which was an hour away. Very clean and appreciate two different vibes between the houses, all inside once fence line.

Wonderful home

We had our entire wedding party staying at these homes and they were absolutely perfect to house everyone. Highly recommend and the host was excellent and easy to communicate with for anything we needed to.

Wonderful stay

Our team was down for World Police and Fire Games and the property was fantastic having a ton of space and entertainment for everyone. Fantastic view for the 4th of July fireworks on to of the hill as well. Corey was fantastic getting us in early as our flight was changed earlier in the preceding days. Give Corey the assist on our gold medal ;)

Great location

The location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very easy to work with. Only 3 minor suggestions: More lighting in bigger house More king beds Bigger house needed a very small amount of additional cleaning. We will rent again

Met our purpose

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen, and the larger home is a bit shabby inside.. E.g., bathrooms, curtains. We loved the pool table.

I must say, my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The place is amazing. I love the color scheme of each room and the spaciousness of the bedroom. Even the neighbors were extremely nice and welcoming. I actually live in the city, and I felt as though I was from out of town. My family, however, who were from California, were so impressed by how huge the front and back yards were. They were also enthused about the perfect view of seeing the Vulcan man holding the torch that sits on top of the hill. I honestly appreciate everything this weekend, and God knows it was simply perfect. I have zero complaints. I would give both the host and the stay 1,000 stars.

The "Alpha" house is a Craftsman home built in 1908 and is a staple piece of this Downtown Birmingham historic neighborhood. At around 4000 sq feet, this home can sleep 16 comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of living space.

The "Alpha House" has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens and 4 twins), 2 full baths and a ½ bath. It has a pool table, dining room, fully stocked kitchen. There are two cots available and two air mattresses as well.

Perfect for outdoor gatherings or events, with a front porch (½ screened in, ½ open) and a large, open ½ acre backyard with a privacy fence. Follow the driveway to the back of the house, to explore the huge, beautiful backyard featuring a 100 year old pecan tree! (Eat the pecans at your own risk)

The "Omega" house of the Alpha Omega Estate, the newest property, was built in 1910 and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Perfect for your next getaway or special event, this house offers plenty of space for gathering both inside, with the formal dining room and open living room, and outside, with a fenced-in yard and front porch swings.

The Front porch features a large, queen-sized floating bed and porch swing, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and the scenic view of the Vulcan Statue.

Additional Guests on Property: You are responsible for all members of your reservation, in addition to anyone who may be invited or allowed on the premises by you or any member of your reservation. The guest count on your booking should reflect the number of guests in your group.

*No parties are allowed within the home or on the premises, unless previously approved in writing by the host.

No Pets. Due to the nature of hosting weddings and private events we do not allow pets. If you have a service animal, please contact us for a special arrangement.
