This newly renovated, family friendly, cabin is located on Finger Lake with a view of the Talkeetna mountain range. You can fish, canoe, and snow shoe from the backyard. Rest and relax while you enjoy mountain and sunset views or warm by the fire. You are in a quiet area, but close to shopping and restaurants. Right on the Palmer Wasilla line, a great central location or home base for explaining all that Alaska has to offer in every direction. The cabin offers a great stay if you are a couple trying to get away, you are working remotely, or are a family taking vacation.

We absolutely loved this cabin! Haley was an amazing and responsive host and the cabin came well stocked with basic items and it was a very nice temperature even in the cold with a wind storm. The view of the frozen lake and mountains is also a perk! Definitely rebooking in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin by the lake, and will be back. Working with & communication with the owner was top notch. They go above and beyond to be sure you have the best experience you can. Such a cute, quaint, clean, & cozy cabin which is close to all, but feels miles away.

The property was very clean and quiet and it sits on a beautiful lake and we were able to sit by a campfire enjoying the Northern Lights in all its glory. Communication with the host was very easy. 5 starts all the way around.

This property is ideal for a couple wanting to have peace and quiet and then venture out for site seeing. Ideal location for north of anchorage. The accommodations were comfortable especially the bed. Had fun watching float planes take off. Haley had so many thoughtful items for us and was quite helpful helping us find her location. Would stay again in the future.

Very peaceful. Should have taken a kayak out on such a quite peaceful lake. Coffee was great even had a couple extra snacks. Haley was very kind and helpful. Excellent communication. I know where I'll stay whenever I get pack to Palmer

Amazing!!! The view from the cabin is awesome!! We could have spent our whole vacation on the patio! Haley, the owner, went so far beyond our expectations!! She is one of the kindest people we have ever met! She responded to every question that I had and gave me numerous suggestions about places to go, where to eat, and where to shop! You will not find a better place to stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin! Haley was so easy to communicate with for directions to the property, check-in, and suggestions for fun things to do in the area. The cabin was ready when we arrived, and stocked with coffee, creamer, and other kitchen and bath essentials. We spent our time in the area taking tours to Katmai and to Hatcher's Pass. With being so busy, we extra appreciated the incredibly comfortable bed! I wish we had more time to spend out on the lake behind the cabin but that will have to wait for a return trip. We will definitely be staying here again!

Haley is an exceptional communicator on rental details and the house exceeded our expectations by a mile! Everything was so clean and well stocked. Our only regret on this vacation is that we didn’t stay here longer! The kayaks were a huge plus and the lake view is so peaceful. Do yourself a favor and quit looking at other rentals and book this place!

This was an excellent place to stay. It was located in a beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood with a fantastic view of the lake. Haley was a great host. She provided a lot of resources in the area. The house was very clean. It had a lot of charm. I recommend staying there for two people. It is listed to sleep five, but I’m not sure how that will work.

This was such a jewel of a find!!! The lake views are amazing! Big yard was perfect for games and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with. Lots of storage. Very clean and charming. The couch pulls out to a full size bed which we perfect for two people to sleep on. The queen sized bed is comfy, best nights sleep in a long time! The place is relaxing and scenic. We are already planning our next trip here! The host was friendly, informative, great communication and very accommodating to amall requests. Highly recommend and bring a book cause the deck calls for coffee and a good read!
