Welcome to our fully remodeled property! Our property would be a perfect spot for your family to enjoy your vacation in Monterey County. It's located at the center of all the famous tour worthy locations in Monterey. Just 10 minutes away from Del Monte Shopping Center, 10 minutes away from Carmel Beach and Pebble Beach, and 12 minutes away from Monterey Downtown. This lovely property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a game-room that has Ping-Pong table. Perfect place of family gathering.

This property has one or more exterior cameras monitoring the front door (a doorbell camera) and the driveway in front of the garage. Note: NO security cameras inside/indoor spaces. *** Please be advised! There are cactuses in the front yard, so if you have kids accompanied, please be extra cautious

I like places that have salt and pepper, oil, saranarap, aluminum foil. The ice maker didn't work. The host provided us with us but we had to go out and buy our own salt and pepper.

The house was beautiful. Seven women had plenty of space for sleeping, dining, and just hanging out. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of closet space. The baths had been remodeled and met our needs. Three of the five bedrooms had en-suite baths. New washer and dryer, plenty of towels, large refrigerator, tons of counter space. Unlike other VRBOs where we’ll sometimes find spices, etc left from others, not the case here. Be prepared to bring your own. The outdoor space was non-existent. There was a patio table and chairs, but the area was not conducive to a pleasant environment. Our one complaint was the water pressure. The owner was quick to respond, but explained that water pressure in Monterey County was limited, and because the house sat on a hill, made worse. Could not run dishwasher or washer if showering. When in the shower, if a toilet was flushed pressure to shower went to trickle. We were able to work around it, but be aware. Even with that issue, we’d definitely rent it again.

The booking was easy and the house was welcoming and spacious for our family reunion. It comfortably fit 10 of us; the large dining table perfectly accommodated everyone and there was plenty of seating in the living room for a movie or game night. The kids loved the ping pong and mini billiard table. We only had three cars, but could have fit at least two more in the driveway. We recommend this rental!

Family Christmas

House is spacious and perfect for celebrating Christmas with extended family. Game room a bonus for epic table tennis matches. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Great location too.

overall good. power was out for over 12 hours throughout the area. there is mold in the game room and a sewer smell in the house near the entry and living area at times. the furnace is very loud and under sized.

Our Carmel weekend

Beautiful house. Very comfortable and clean. I would suggest adding to the kitchen more glasses, more flatware and some kid friendly dishes. I was worried about kids breaking the dishes but all went well. Thanks for a great short visit.

Awesome Setting - Near Beach (0.8 miles)

This house is very accommodating for a group of 8 or more people. It was clean and had everything we needed for the time we were there. It is conveniently located to Carmel and Monterrey and Big Sur even. It is also close enough to walk to the beach if you want to get your feet wet. We had a great time while there.

Perfect for Girls Weekend

Our long weekend stay in this VRBO home was great. It fit our group of 11 women perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed (except maybe could use a few extra coffee cups!) The house was clean and in good working order. The location was perfect. We both walked and drove to downtown Carmel by the Sea. It was large enough for us all to sit in the living room and talk each evening. We had a great time.

Thank you for wonderful family weekend in Carmel

Spacious, impeccably clean property in a great location in Carmel. 7 family members. across 3 generations shared the home. Big beautiful kitchen and dining area for shared meais. Walking distance to safeway, and a bit further but still walkable carmel river beach and/or carmel beach. Communication was superb, and access was straightforward. We had no problems getting 3 cars in and out of the driveway. One of the best properties I have stayed in.

Family vacation

There were 6 adults, one teenager, 2 children & our fur baby. It worked out that we all had plenty of bed & bath space & privacy. This was our first time renting a VRBO, so we are definitely not experts on the subject but we had a great time & look forward to another family vacation in the future. The game room was a huge hit with all of us and the large kitchen allowed 3 women to share the cooking without bumping into each other! The only minor drawback was that our little dog had access to the driveway & front of the house, there is no gate, etc. on one end of the patio. We always watch her very carefully anyway, but you know how fast little critters can be, lol.

Great house! Great location!

We stayed at this vacation rental for a family get away. It's a very comfortable place that can accommodate a large group. The location is fantastic! Easy access to beach, downtown Carmel, and Highway 1 to Big Sur. It was nice to have a grocery store close by as well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place!

Great family house

We rented this house for its proximity to the Mission and bed/bedroom configuration. We had 12 adults family members staying in the house for a wedding. Everyone had a comfortable bed. The house is spacious with the added bonus of a game room with a ping pong table which provided hours of entertainment. Parking was a bit tricky because of driveway incline —turning cars around so as not to back out into the major street - but not a show stopper. The only thing missing was a hot tub for the chilly nights.

Carmel House / Family Gathering

We enjoyed our two night stay at the property. The plan for this trip was to just stay in, visit and cook. The home provided enough room for four couples and kids to have enough space to enjoy without feeling cramped by limited space. Game room with ping pong table was a nice activity. Everyone had their own bedrooms and visiting areas and kitchen were large enough to enjoy . Dining room easily sat eight of us with option to squeeze a few more in . Crossroads mall 5 min away was nice with shopping and restaurants. We had a nice lunch the day we departed at the Rio Grill. Brian the host was quick with his responses and communication. I had a question prior to booking and he answered the same day. Code and additional information was provided and entry was easy ! Enjoy, Justin B

Ladies weekend this

This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and very well appointed. We were unaware of the game room, so it was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, the weather was extreme so on Sunday we lost power from 10 AM until we left at two. Our reservation was to extend until Monday, but the storm, and the lack of power sent us home early.

Good, but could have been better!

Property was nice for our needs (guys golf trip) and equipped with modern appliances and decent furniture / decor. Getting timely response(s) back from the "Host" was a bit frustrating. Property has major misrepresentation on VRBO listing - There is NO hot tub on site (and VRBO is still showing this amenity on the listing). Also, there is NOT a "small tub" in one of the bathroom(s), as was explained to me before my arrival.

Big House Just Outside of Town

This property worked out great for us. We were coming into town for a wedding at Mission ranch and had a larger party. The house was about a 15 minute walk from the venue and about a 30 minute walk from downtown Carmel. Since there are no short term rentals in the town of Carmel, this was a great option for the weekend worked out great. No issues with anything and would definitely recommend this to larger parties or families for shorter trips.

Nice house and location

The house was very large and comfortable. It was stocked well with dishes and cookware. We had a couple small issues and the property manager was pretty quick to respond. Overall the stay was very pleasant and we would recommend it to others.
