Located at Fort Victoria, we are offering a fully furnished, smartly designed, and incredibly cozy condo unit that is both spacious and quiet. Excellent for solo travelers, couples, families, balikbayans, explorers, or anybody seeking comfort and convenience within reach. The entire unit can accommodate up to 10 guests but please include all the no. of staying guests upon booking. Undeclared guests will not be accommodated.

This is a 2-Bedroom Loft Condo Unit with a spacious master bedroom with a double-sized bed, split-type aircon, towels, a hair blower, a closet with hangers, an iron & ironing board, big windows with an amazing view of amenities facing the morning sun. The second bedroom has a double-sized bed with a closet and split-type aircon. Only available for more than 2 guests.

The loft has 2 bathrooms and has a hot & cold shower with a shower enclosure, toilet, and mirror.

The living area has a sofa, Smart TV with YouTube, and Netflix access, fast and stable WIFI connection, a dining table for 2, complete basic kitchenware where guests can cook, a refrigerator, microwave, an induction cooktop, and a rice cooker. Laundry room with fully automatic washing machine and toilet bath.

The host overbooked the place

Even though the host confirmed our bookings a month after I paid and booked the place, they still ended up overbooking the unit thats on the picture and offered a replacement unit that's so far from the unit illustrated on her postings and will still charge you the same rate. It was a horrible experience dealing with this host as she told me she overbooked the place the day I was already checking in and didn't offer any discount for the downgraded unit. She claimed that what I originally paid for was only for 2 people. Yet, nowhere in her listings described that there's additional fee for guests more than 2 people. Mind you that I booked for 4 guests for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was already confirmed. This host play too much and just downright greedy.

What was portrayed online and what was in reality are two completely different things.

First night the bed broke, washing machine was not in working condition, the light switch in the toilet downstairs had a faulty switch. No clothe rack, iron and ironing and hair-dryer as noted included before we check in. Has 4 elevators but only two at best working. The lastnight I had to be rescued by the local emergency services as the security of the building wasn't able to assist and no maintenance crew on the site. I got trapped along with a 65 year old with heart condition for 30 to 40 minutes. We were so lucky that a unit owner from the 15th floor have been able to assist in alerting the local emergency services to help. If not for him, I don't know what may happened with us. I have a 23 months old baby and my life was at risk that night. We were going to let go of the issue because we were asked to me moved but the new unit we moved into is more like being thrown out of the fire into the frying pan. Bathroom substandard at best, cooking appliance was unusable, rooms were so tiny. The only saving grace technically was the air conditioning is working. The unit owner only compensated us for all the inconvenience for 10% of what we've paid and just a small amount of the transportation cost transferring to our hotel. We also have discrepancy on the payments bur we can't contact anyone. Contact channel of the stayz.com isn't possible and we've been charged $500 more. Lesson learned never again choose this place. You've been warned!
