Welcome to Midtown Cottage! Conveniently located between downtown and Wrightsville Beach.
This 3 bedroom house includes a king, queen and trundle bed. There are two bathrooms with tubs and a laundry room.

- Check yourself in with our Yale smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).
- Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door.
- Free parking is readily available.
Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.
- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.
- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.

Emma is originally from Oregon, her husband, Evan is from Charlotte, NC. They moved to Wilmington in October to be closer to the beach and family. Emma is an avid swimmer and their whole family now enjoys days at the beach. We look forward to hosting you!
