Waterfront Beach House

Serene lakeside home. Enjoy your own private dock and beach. Spend the day on our beach sand backyard, Take a dip in the tidal lake or take a short walk to Jenkinson's beach and use our six included beach badges. All kitchen items, beach chairs, lounge chairs, patio furniture, kayaks and paddleboards included. Eat in and seat up to fourteen in our dining room. Full linen service is included, (bedding, beach and bath towels).

Bring your own boat, charter our center console (with captain) or rent our 13' Boston Whaler (boating license required). Six passenger golf cart available for rental.

Our host was very responsive and accommodating. She even dropped off a high chair for me. It was fun to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday all together!

Wonderful stay with lakeside view. The host was so accommodating! No need to go to the point pleasant beach as you had one at your doorstep. I would highly recommend this property.

Every year we debate between renting a lake house or a beach house - then we found this property. This home has everything you could ever want for a family vacation with little ones, and the welcoming touches inside are just the cherry on top. Don’t hesitate to book- We will be renting again next year!

This property was perfect for my family! Myself, my 7 adult children, spouses, partners and 2 grandchildren were comfortable with sleeping arrangements, and enjoyed the large and welcoming common areas. The beach backyard and access to paddle boards and kayaks created memories we will cherish forever. We grilled and had plenty of kitchen space for all-hands-on deck food prep and clean-up! The home is located within a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee spots, ice cream and parking was easy when we did not want to walk. Lino was steps away if we had any issues, friendly and informative. We will definitely return!

Great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The open floor plan on the first floor worked well for our family. Loved that the kitchen was so well stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils.

Lots of comings and goings for 2 weeks down the shore

We have a large extended family, and coordinating all the comings and goings of everyone required a detailed spreadsheet. If only the weather could have been as accommodating as the hosts were, the 2 weeks would have been perfect! Thank goodness for central air. This venue is great – we loved seeing the reflection of the pink sky on the lake in the morning. The proximity to the boardwalk and beach made it very easy to take early morning walks and get ice cream at Salty’s in the evenings. Lino couldn’t have been more accommodating and gracious. Example: I asked about a larger griddle for making French toast, and one magically appeared the next day. The back yard was very comfortable, especially in the evening. Great location for watching the fireworks (every Thursday in the summer PLUS the 4th of July). The bedrooms are very spacious, and the kiddos loved playing foosball upstairs. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were so silky! It was easy to cook dinners for the family in the huge kitchen. Thank you, Lino! We had a fun 2 weeks.

Perfect Holiday Get-away

Everything about our trip to this house was perfect. Lino is an excellent host, with lightening fast response time and accommodating our special requests to enable our whole family to enjoy dinner and games at a very large dining room table. There were extra little touches of holiday spirit sprinkled throughout the house to make Christmas magical. The large open kitchen had plenty of space and supplies for everyone to add their own touches to the meal. Absolutely the best experience, all around. Thank you so much for opening your place for others to enjoy!

Family holiday in Point Pleasant Beach

Wonderful get together with the extended family. This house was nice but needed a lot of deferred maintenance. Owners were very nice to work with.

Spectacular views

The house was a wonderful way for my family and I to spend a week down the shore. We were traveling with a newborn and a toddler, along with our two dogs and the house had everything we needed and more for a smooth stay. The backyard is stunning and my toddler never wanted to come inside she enjoyed it so much. The memories we made in this beautiful home were impeccable, thank you Lino and family for being a wonderful host.

Exceptional Location

We had the best Vacation staying in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed at the house. The owner was exceptional and available for whatever we needed. The beds were comfortable and the views were beautiful. Definitely will be going back!!

A wonderful home to stay in for all ages

The house itself was very well stocked with backups in the cupboard. The location couldn’t be better. It was an easy walk to just about everything. Being on Lake Louise and having your own shoreline with dock right outside was the biggest highlight. Grandkids dug for crabs and played in the sand.

Family Vacations Keep Getting Better

A wonderful spot for a family vacation. Close to everything and something for everyone to do. We are 3 generations and try to get away every year together and this was a wonderful time for all. Thanks to Lino for being such a great host. Have to add: The kitchen had anything you will ever need for cooking.

An all around great place to stay

We enjoyed watching the lake, even on grey days as there are lots of ducks, swans, and loons. The area has plenty of delicious food options. Great proximity to the beach and amusements, and the house is very comfortable and functional. Lots of nice touches, nice beds, great TV sound system, and a huge kitchen with great appliances. The owner was truly helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Fall Weekend w Family

This is an excellent property and Lino was a great host. We stayed for a long weekend in October with 6 adults and 4 young kids. The backyard and water access were a big plus. House had plenty of room for everyone and the main living space was good for hanging out. The location is solid with the boardwalk within walking distance and downtown a short drive away.

Excellent stay for a family getaway

I stayed here in December 2022 with my wife, mother & my in laws as a convenient location for my sister’s wedding at Crystal Point. The house was perfect for our extended family. Everyone had their own space while at the same time it was open to make you feel like everyone was there together. Most of all, our puppy loved it and especially loved the neighborhood and her first experience with sand! Lino was extremely responsive to any question or request and was very accommodating to some extra requests we had.

Beautiful home on Beautiful Lake with Awesome Host

Lino was such an excellent host who pays attention to every detail beginning with the reservation, throughout the entire stay, and even an immediate follow-up with an item we left at the home. This beautiful lakefront home is in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach and boardwalk or into town. The home has its own beach right outside the back door complete with very comfortable furniture. The home also has use of the kayaks and SUPS that easy to launch right at the house. The home has excellent exposure to the sun all day (we were fortunate enough to have sun every day we were visiting). Beautiful front steps bring you into a spacious home with a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor (for anyone who isn't comfortable with the stairs). The second floor has four more spacious bedrooms, with a full hall bathroom and an incredible ensuite master bathroom. There is a balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the lake, and a balcony off of each of the front two bedrooms. The top floor is a FUN floor, complete with a wide-open area, doors out to a balcony overlooking the lake, several different sleeping options, a sitting room with queen sofa and flat screen, and a foosball table. You can put all the children upstairs in this room, or it has several private areas if several adults were to share the space. The kitchen, dining room, and family room are open space and ideal for everyone to be together, even when cooking. There is a little porch off the kitchen (where my mother sat all day, loving the sun and water) that walks down to the beach. Don't forget to ask Lino about using the golf cart while you are the house. We had a great time getting around in the card. We will definitely reach out to Lino our next trip to PPB. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home when visiting PPB.

Wonderful Time

Great house and perfect location. Stayed with family and extended family. The location on Lake Louise was amazing. The young adults spent most of their time floating on rafts and on the paddle boards. Very close to restaurants and the boardwalk, but far enough for quiet nights on the sand beach at the house. Lino was a great host and always available if I had a question. Would definately stay here again!

Awesome Vacation Home!

This was an amazing home for our extended family that consisted of 5 adults and 5 teens. The house is huge and allowed more than enough space for everyone…we never felt on top of each other. Lino was great and was very communicative. Our arrival was made even better by Lino providing some good starter food for breakfast. The lake was a huge highlight for the kids who swam, kayaked and caught crabs. Totally stocked kitchen and tons of board games. We would totally come back to this house again except that I’m fairly certain we will not be able to afford it once the word gets out how phenomenal this house is.
