We’re a local Omaha family who genuinely enjoy welcoming guests to our city. Hosting gives us the opportunity to share a home that has meant a lot to us while helping families and groups create special memories of their own.
We love supporting local restaurants and small businesses, exploring everything Omaha has to offer, and spending time together as a family. Being hosts allows us to combine that love for our city with creating a comfortable, welcoming space where guests can relax, reconnect, and enjoy their time here.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of character and convenience. It has a classic Omaha feel with historic homes, tree-lined streets, and a strong sense of community, yet it’s just minutes from Downtown and many of the city’s most popular attractions.
What we enjoy most is how easy it is to explore during the day and then return to a quiet, residential setting in the evening. You’re close to the Old Market, riverfront parks, restaurants, and major event venues, but still able to relax away from the busier areas.
It’s a neighborhood that feels connected to the heart of the city while still offering space, charm, and a true local atmosphere.

The dedicated arcade lounge, spacious patio, and 10’x20’ gazebo create built-in spaces for connection and entertainment. Whether it’s movie night on the 65” Smart TV, late-night arcade games, or a group dinner on the patio, the home is intentionally set up for shared experiences.
At the same time, the historic architecture and classic details give the home a warmth and personality you won’t find in newer builds. It’s a space that feels both memorable and functional — ideal for making the most of time together.
