Welcome to our cozy Baltic Sea holiday home II in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen on the pretty Schwansen peninsula directly on the BALTIC SEE.

Enjoy your vacation on 165 square meters of living space in our newly furnished holiday home and all just 300m from the SANDY BEACH on the BALTIC SEA.

Our comfortably furnished Baltic Sea holiday home II for 2-12 people is only 300m from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in a quiet residential street. It was built in solid construction (stone on stone) and has 165sqm of living space over 2 separate apartments (EG=95sqm, OG=65sqm) in a single-family house, which are connected in the hallway. As a rule, our guests book the entire holiday home as a complete residential unit. Our guests particularly appreciate the possibility of retreat when booking with 2 families.

We offer you 5 comfortable bedrooms. 4x with double beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds and an additional sofa bed in the upper living room for 2 people, 2 modern bathrooms with all-glass shower, wall-hung toilet, vanity, washing machine, heated towel rail and free sauna (ground floor), 2 beautiful living rooms with corner couch, Smart -TV, DVD, stereo DVD and large dining table where all 10 guests can eat comfortably.

The two fully equipped fitted kitchens with dishwasher, stove, ceramic hob, oven, stainless steel cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and much more make you want to cook together. The comfortable sofa and the large dining table on the ground floor give you plenty of space to spend your vacation together.

The free WiFi, the SAUNA, fitness equipment, the 5900 sqm playground with climbing swing, garden furniture, beach chair and brick barbecue for sole use, as well as the two free car parking spaces complete the offer perfectly.

We are happy to offer our little guests 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs, a baby swing insert and small board games free of charge.

On request, we are happy to offer you our popular bed service. Then the beds are already made when you arrive and the towels are ready for you, so that your holiday can start stress-free.

Our non-smoking holiday home is modern, very child-friendly, very close to the beach (300m to the SANDY BEACH), ideal for 2 families and can be booked all year round.
Pets are welcome to travel with you on request.
