We had such a great stay! The hosts were the most friendly and responsive that I have ever experienced. It was clean and the bed was comfy! Incredible view of Lake Michigan - get up early to catch the sunrise. Completely worth it!

Overall, this property was fine.The view was STUNNING - we spent 99% of our awake time at the condo on the deck outside.QUESTIONS (answered by the property owner):- the garage is a large double car garage, we were able to use it - very nice!- there was a "scenty" or air freshener in the shared stairway that was so strong and overpowering, it made both of us sick every time we passed in and out of the unit. The owner gave permission for us to unplug it, but that smell was very pervasive.- there was no dowel on the main floor slider which would be nice for additional securityTHOUGHTS (not shared during the stay):- there's no AC. Stand alone dehumidifiers are installed, but the one in the small room smelled like old socks and the set up allowed a lot of outside air to seep in.- the finishings are quite spartan in the bedrooms. the bed, two mid-shin high night stands that were consumed with lamps that were hard to use, the humidifier & the closet had one suitcase stand. It would be lovely if there were somewhere to set things during your stay - like a console table or dresser.- the mat or pad in the shower gave me the creeps-HOW DO YOU CLEAN THAT BETWEEN STAYSThe kitchen was well stocked with things you'd need.The check-out procedure was super simple (thank you-this is the #1 reason I don't use VRBO very much any more.)And THAT VIEW WAS AWESOME.Thanks for a good stay.

Thank you for your review. We just had another renter indicate they would like more drawer space and we will be adding dressers in the near future. The air freshener is a matter of preference and tolerance. I personally cannot tolerate the scent of hazelnut and completely understand. So glad there was an easy fix. For future renters: our place is not compatable with central air. We have 3 air conditioners (not dehumidifiers). A window unit is in the living area and a portable unit in each bedroom. These were both just recently tested and cleaned.

Nice place with great views! Very clean and most things in kitchen look new! No real complaints, king bed a little stiff and not able to open window above bed with the screen damaged as we did not want bugs to come in. Close to restaurants. Overall a very nice place.

Great spot for a weekend stay!

We had an absolutely delightful time staying here! Just stayed for a long weekend & it was more than enough space for us. The location is great, very walkable to lots of restaurants. Would definitely return!!

We were 3 gals home for our 50th class reunion. We loved the views and the location. Also, very clean and decorated nice. We really enjoyed our stay !

Anniversary getaway

Weekend visit

This is the fourth time I've stayed at this location while in Manitowoc and I can't give it a higher rating. The apartment is very comfortable, the views of the lake are amazing and the location to downtown is extremely convenient. I look forward to my next visit to Manitowoc and hope the apartment will be available.

This lovely updated two bedroom space and on the lower level of a 4-plex offered a private deck with a view of the lake, open living area, dining and kitchen. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a relaxing weekend away!

Great place to stay in Manitowoc

Great place to stay. Easy entry, great communication from the host. Pictures are very accurate. Being able to park in the garage was a plus! Beach towels were provided, great deck with view of the Marina. Just a few blocks from downtown and an easy drive to other towns. Would highly recommend this rental!.

Great location and clean apartment

This was a very clean and well kept apartment. Great location to downtown Manitowoc and easy drive to two rivers. Garage included was a nice touch to keep vehicle off the street. Easy check in and out process and it was just as described. I would recommend this place to anyone looking at Manitowoc.

Location, Location, Location

We can't wait to return to this perfect little apartment. It was excellent in so many ways, clean with everything one could need. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck each morning and evening, very comfy deck furniture! Because we like to bounce between Two Rivers and Manitowoc, the location was the best, so convenient! Spectacular!

This was an amazing place to stay! We had an extremely busy weekend, filled with family gatherings, and this rental provided us with a place to relax and be comfortable. The unit was very clean, appeared new and very welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the time spent on the deck overlooking the Manitowoc marina - peaceful and calming. We will return!

We are Pat & Shannon and we are both native to the Manitowoc area. As recent retirees we are excited to offer this apartment to guests visiting our area. Our community has become a great destination for tourists and offers biking, kayaking, golf, live music, a variety of dining options and more.

Our view is beautiful! Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the marina and Lake Michigan. Bikes and kayaks can be rented at the marina. A beach with bathroom facilities is just a few blocks away. Take a walk downtown to hear live music, have bite to eat or tour the Manitowoc Maritime Museum. We are 1.3 miles from the USS Badger dock.
