We had such a great stay! The hosts were the most friendly and responsive that I have ever experienced. It was clean and the bed was comfy! Incredible view of Lake Michigan - get up early to catch the sunrise. Completely worth it!

Nice place with great views! Very clean and most things in kitchen look new! No real complaints, king bed a little stiff and not able to open window above bed with the screen damaged as we did not want bugs to come in. Close to restaurants. Overall a very nice place.

Home during area Disc Golf Tournament

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Definitely the best view from the terrace/porch we’ve ever had ( although we did have a good view and access to the town in Switzerland, too). But definitely best view in US. The furnishings and bathroom were brand spanking clean… everything seemed very new. And the towels were plentiful - for bath and kitchen. AND beach towels! AND there was coffee and non dairy creamer to welcome us AND — extra wonderful - 2 rolls of paper towels. Whenever we had a question for the host, response was quick and informative. If you do want to stay here in 2025, or even 2026, we recommend you book it soon. Understand they are full through August or maybe even September, and it’s only July 1. Great experience.

Weekend visit

This is the fourth time I've stayed at this location while in Manitowoc and I can't give it a higher rating. The apartment is very comfortable, the views of the lake are amazing and the location to downtown is extremely convenient. I look forward to my next visit to Manitowoc and hope the apartment will be available.

Nice place, thin walls/roof

Great location overlooking marina and close to downtown. Garage access was nice. Only issue was the noise from upstairs. Can’t complain about people walking around, but the ceiling walls were so thin it was really, really noisy. Unfortunately it woke all of us up the first morning at 5am. Other than that, the place did its job.

Relax with Beautiful View

Clean comfortable home with great view

The view is beautiful. It is an easy ride on local streets to access the bike trail. There is an a/c unit in the living area & in main bedroom & fans were provided. We had no problems with the temp. We have some mobility challenges & this rental was good for that as well. There is just 1 step at the front door & easy access shower. Kitchen was stocked with all basic items. It was nice to have garage parking for car & bikes. Good communication from the host. Great stay!

Perfect location for a visit to Manitowoc

My husband and I were in Manitowoc for a few days to visit our daughter who lives nearby. We were impressed with the very clean, comfortable and well-maintained accommodations. The owner was prompt answering a question we had about the internet upon arrival and communicated well throughout the whole process. The property has a beautiful view, charming neighborhood, easy accessibility, and garage space available. Close to fun places for coffee, dining, and sampling beers and wines, we highly recommend staying here!

Spectacular!

This was an amazing place to stay! We had an extremely busy weekend, filled with family gatherings, and this rental provided us with a place to relax and be comfortable. The unit was very clean, appeared new and very welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the time spent on the deck overlooking the Manitowoc marina - peaceful and calming. We will return!

Great location and spectacular views!!

The location of this property can't be beat - Easy access to the Mariner's Trail between Manitowoc and Two Rivers, directly across from the Marina. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops (< 1 mile). The views are amazing from the deck - watching all the boats at the harbor and the SS Badger car-ferry arrival/departures. The apartment is clean, comfortable and stocked with basic necessities - there is a grill outside as well. The garage was great to not have to park on the street. Check-in/out was a breeze and Patrick was very responsive via the app. Highly recommend for a stay in the Manitowoc area!!!

Location, Location, Location

We can't wait to return to this perfect little apartment. It was excellent in so many ways, clean with everything one could need. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck each morning and evening, very comfy deck furniture! Because we like to bounce between Two Rivers and Manitowoc, the location was the best, so convenient! Great location, fabulous view! Comfortable. Love having a garage to park in. Felt very safe and secure. Will stay there again!! Could use a couple more blankets for either using on the deck or snuggling on the couch. Maybe a few more kitchen staples like measuring cups and measuring spoons. Also the listing information should be updated to correct air conditioning to state window unit in living room space only

Great location and clean apartment

This was a very clean and well kept apartment. Great location to downtown Manitowoc and easy drive to two rivers. Garage included was a nice touch to keep vehicle off the street. Easy check in and out process and it was just as described. I would recommend this place to anyone looking at Manitowoc.

Great spot for a weekend stay!

We had an absolutely delightful time staying here! Just stayed for a long weekend & it was more than enough space for us. The location is great, very walkable to lots of restaurants. Would definitely return!!

This lovely updated two bedroom space and on the lower level of a 4-plex offered a private deck with a view of the lake, open living area, dining and kitchen. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a relaxing weekend away!

We are Pat & Shannon and we are both native to the Manitowoc area. As recent retirees we are excited to offer this apartment to guests visiting our area. Our community has become a great destination for tourists and offers biking, kayaking, golf, live music, a variety of dining options and more.

Our view is beautiful! Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the marina and Lake Michigan. Bikes and kayaks can be rented at the marina. A beach with bathroom facilities is just a few blocks away. Take a walk downtown to hear live music, have bite to eat or tour the Manitowoc Maritime Museum. We are 1.3 miles from the USS Badger dock.
