The full kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and Edison lighting over exposed brick walls. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

The living room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, bright windows, a large closet, and a stylish sofa. Should you require an additional bed, the sofa sleeper converts to full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). The living room is also equipped with a 50" flat screen, 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

☆Rental Policy☆
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:
1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services 2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check 3. Sign rental agreement 4. Provide credit card for incidentals 5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)
Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.
☆Cancellations + Alterations ☆
Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect- just a few blocks from tower grove park and right next to some great coffee shops. The property decoration is a little spartan, but we had everything we needed in a charming historic building.

Really enjoy staying in this place! The host is very responsive to any questions, the check-in and check-out process is great. The space is comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet and has a great coffee shop. Parking is always available nearby.

Great little apartment and the location was perfect for us. Really appreciated the nice firm mattress in the bedroom and the water filter in the fridge. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Comfortable Apartment Close to Tower Park
The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Close to Tower Grove Park for strolls and the Botanical Gardens within walking distance. And a wonderful coffee cafe just up the block.

Great place in a great St Louis neighborhood
We loved our stay at Almond Blossoms! The apartment is exactly as described and has all the amenities we needed to make it our home away from home for the week. The bed is super comfortable and the living space is warm and inviting. The neighborhood was a highlight. The Hartford coffee shop on the corner is a must-visit and there is an upscale bodega around the corner that we would also highly recommend. The host responded quickly to any questions or needs we had during our stay. The check in and check out process was very smooth. We would highly recommend a stay at Almond Blossoms!

Lovely and convenient
This property was perfect for me. Great neighborhood, extremely walkable. Nice coffee shop across the street. Big park just up the street. The unit is nicely laid out and well maintained. The host was very responsive when I had a minor (self inflicted) issue.
