Escape the city to this magical 4-SEASON, semi-off-grid treasure. Located on a horse ranch in the heart of Elizabeth Colorado. Built by hand, with love, and a little help from our friends! Treehouse Magic is built around PAL an over 80+year-old Ponderosa Pine. Kitchen has stove and refrigerator, bathroom with a rain shower and a compost toilet. Gnome Room with SMART projector for movie night! coffee, tea or hot chocolate with the Horses, Llamas, and Alpacas...A MUST EXPERIENCE!
The space
This wonderful space is magical in every way! Only 300 sq. feet with an almost 1100 sq. foot deck, including the gnome room. The upstairs bedroom is a full mattress (14" gel mattress). There is also a fold-out couch to sleep 1 (must fold bed stairs and put under the bed). The main level couch will fold down and become another bed platform. We provide a CordaRoys transformable chair, that unzips and becomes the bed topper (plus extra sheets, blankets and pillows). Some of the kid guests like to sleep in the Gnome room in the "pop up" tent on cots! We provide a "smart movie projector" with built-in ROKU, for a movie night...The outdoor kitchen includes a PitBoss pellet smoker/grill and there is also a charcoal grill on the ground level. The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and small refrigerator. The bathroom has a Natures Head composting toilet... (a little tutorial is needed) a sink and a trough step in tub / shower with rain head! So much is compacted into this space!! Wifi- Roku on inside TV as well, PS4 PlayStation with 31 games, Lots of DVD's (By request) or...just the calm of beautiful nature!

Guests please acknowledge and be aware that the front house and barnominium are occupied. Use care with volume after 10 pm. Horses, llamas and alpacas are fed between 6 and 7 in the morning and around 6:30 at night (if you have want to see them).

5 minutes from downtown Elizabeth where you will find Safeway (grocery_, WalMart, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Dairy Queen and local eateries and shops. Also the Casey Jones Park (home to the Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo). Please reach out to the host to get details on sleeping options.
