Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and private. The host was responsive and made the entire process seamless. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing getaway!

This apartment is absolutely stellar. Matt and Bre have thought of every detail. It was so comfortable. It felt like I was on a spa vacation. I even took away some inspiration for my own home.

Wonderful rental! Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Owners very attentive to our needs. Just a quick drive to beach access. We will be renting this again when we visit our son.

i dont know why the other reviewers didnt mention airplane noise from sd airport from 6am to 11pm so it didnt affect my sleep, also window shades which are almost see through and sky lights let in alot of light even at night from street lights other than that its a nice cozy place

Wonderful stay - great location

Had a great stay over Thanksgiving. Matt & Bre were super responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even bought a couple of things ahead of my visit so I would have specific utensils for Thanksgiving dinner without me even asking. Everything is new and the place is immaculate and the area feels very safe. I am a bit of a germaphobe and I don't have one complaint about the cleanliness. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to rest and recoup after work.

Very neat, comfortable and quiet guest house. For me it was close to work, restaurants and airport. Owners made it very easy and guest house is well furnished. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful guest suite!

Bre & Matt have a really wonderful guest suite that I would highly recommend to everyone. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the high ceilings and skylights that really made the suite even more spacious and filled it with light during the day. The bedroom and bathrooms are more than comfortably sized and well-stocked. The in-suite laundry was great and we really appreciate this feature when renting on our last few vacations. Especially after a beach day! The living space with large sofa and ottoman were perfect for our son to sleep on and could easily accommodate another person. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and had all the essentials. The location of their house was great as well. We had a car to get around, street parking never a problem, and most of our daily destinations were 10-20min as Point Loma is pretty centrally located within the north-south expanse of San Diego. I only have more good things to say about our stay, and it only made our trip more enjoyable knowing we were coming back to a comfortable home every day. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Little Getaway Spot!

We spent some time in this great little home. It is well appointed and the furnishings are top notch. Bre and Matt were very responsive to our questions and offered great options. Great stay

Beautiful home with a great use of space and natural light. This home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and was no more than 10-20 min from so many fun attractions. We really appreciated having beach gear to use during our beach days as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful property!!! Perfect place. We loved everything from the kitchen to the bathroom. The property location was great. Close to the highway and sunset cliffs. Near a small adorable grocery store too. Very quiet and safe neighborhood as well! Beautiful.

A great rental near Sunset Cliffs

This is one of the most thoughtfully designed and decorated rentals I've stayed in. It's clear they put a lot of consideration into building out the space - one example being the large shower design with the water control valves near the shower entrance with a door that swings inward preventing you from getting wet before you're ready to get in. The space was comfortable, easily accessible and felt safe. The location was a 5 minute drive with an amazing view hilltop view of the ocean as you head towards Sunset Cliffs or Ocean Beach.

Beautiful & relaxing!

Such a wonderful place for a getaway! This casita has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The layout, design and functionality is perfect. Matt and Bri are so easy to work with and very accommodating. I’m super picky when it comes to cleanliness and the casita was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

This is a newly renovated property and beautiful! I had a relaxing stay at Casa de Orchard. Check in was a breeze, communication was great for all my needs, and the location was perfect. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and about a 20-minute walk to sunset cliffs. It was about a 15-minute walk to the closest coffee shop. There was a ton of parking on the street too. Place had air conditioning, Wi-Fi worked well, and had all necessities for cooking purposes. I highly recommend this location and would absolutely book again.

Perfect in Point Loma

Fantastic property in quiet Point Loma neighborhood. Reasonably close to everything without hassle. Property is extremely well done for a one bedroom with full kitchen, bathroom, and living room over a garage. Skylights and high ceilings bring in lots of light and allow the property to feel much bigger. Comfortable all the way around. Private outside area is quaint and allows the extension of space to lower entry level. Hosts were great as well! Will definitely come again if available the next time I am in San Diego.

Lovely One Bedroom Unit Close to EVERYTHING!

We just stayed at Casa de Orchard, and we had a great time! Every destination for our party was no more than a 12 minute drive. The unit is beautiful and brand new! It was very comfortable and had everything us gals needed. The host was there and able to help us with any last minute needs. They were fantastic and we would like to come back in the future!

Cute, new and clean!

Property was well equipped and very clean. Property is as pictured. Not to far from beaches, restaurants and groceries. Plenty of street parking. It is a little small when traveling with teenagers but the couch is definitely big enough to sleep on for two, even better if you have younger children. It was definitely doable for our family of 4. Super cute property! Would stay here again in the future.

Spotless & tastefully decorated apartment

Matt’s apartment is brand new - it is extremely clean and beautifully designed. Stocked with everything you need - toiletries, washer/dryer, kitchen items… it also has a great outdoor patio area perfect for lounging around. The neighborhood is also super quiet. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay in the Point Loma/OB area!
