Steps from cafes, restaurants, and shops this is the perfect home base, in the centre of historic Pezenas. Our townhouse includes all the comforts of home, is bright and spacious.

Our spacious home consists of:
Living Area
- Open plan living area with large seating area with two Chesterfield sofa's and a smart TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with central island, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and kettle
- Large dining table seating 6
This large living area benefits from being on a corner plot with lots of windows providing plenty of light and air. Directly below the kitchen windows are two ancient fountains that provide a soothing backdrop during day-time hours.
This floor benefits from air-conditioning and heat.
Bedrooms & Bathroom's
On the second floor:
- Large Super King bed (that can be converted into two Twins for added flexibility)
This room includes an original fireplace, antique desk/work-space, and plenty of storage. Benefits from multiple windows, lots of light and views of historic Pezenas

Our family is American, from Boulder, Colorado in the Rocky Mountain West. We stumbled upon the magical, historic village of Pezenas during a vacation trip and instantly fell in love! After a 3-year-long search we found our second home, Maison Fontaine and painstakingly restored it to the lovely home we now share with you. The light and beauty of the corner location on the Place and all of the large windows charmed us from the start and we know you will be delighted too.
My daughter, husband and I love to explore the artisans shops, restaurants and winding alleys of Pezenas as well as soak up all the local culture has to offer. We're also big beach goers and spend lots of time on the gorgeous, sandy beaches that are just 20-30 minutes drive.
We absolutely cherish every moment we get to spend at our home and can't wait to help you family make lasting memories too.

Our home is located on the corner of one of the main streets in Pezenas and benefits from the openess of the Place and the many windows on each floor. There's lots of space to spread out over three levels and we've opened up many walls during our renovation and added bathrooms, heating and air-conditioning and an American-style kitchen with central island. The townhome is well-appointed and furnished with lovely things that bring us joy and we know will make you feel right at home too.

Centrally located within steps of cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops with two lovely, historic fountains right outside this home is gorgeous, spacious and full of charm. The home has air-conditioning and heat, a fully-equipped and large kitchen, lots of light, ceiling fans and many other amenities. It's the perfect home base for exploring nearby beaches, mountains and the vibrant cities of Montpellier, Sete, Beziers and Narbonne.
