3 Bed Lake House with Balconies and HOT TUB

3 bedroom (2 king, 1 queen), 2 bath house located on South Center Lake. Soak in the beautiful view from the HOT TUB and private balconies.

Enjoy your summer on the lake or cozy up for a night in with the heated floors during the winter months.

Snacks and a coffee, fresh ground from our local roaster (Dark or light roast - your choice!)

Onsite laundry/gas grill/full kitchen/yard games/paddle boat/canoe

Entrance on lower level is wheelchair accessible.

Looking to go out on the town, 4 full service bar/restaurants are within walking distance: Tony's (dive bar with great burgers), Fiesta Cancun (mexican), Pizza Pub (full bar food menu) and Jake's on the Lake (higher end of the 4). Don't forget to play some pull tabs to support the local Center City Fire Department :)

Lower level is wheelchair accessible (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom) with a queen bed and the 2 upstairs bedrooms have king beds with each having a private balcony overlooking the lake (beautiful way to watch the sunrise). Full bath (tub) in the lower lever and a 3/4 bath upstairs with a spacious walk-in shower.

During the summer months enjoy a fire by the lake (firewood provided) or yard games (cornhole, croquet and horseshoes) Or spend some time on the lake with canoe, paddle boat or rent a pontoon right down the street. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat/watercrafts.

Kitchen is full of cooking utensils for any chefs out there, including a propane grill outside. Please don't hesitate to inquire about what we have available.

For those with infants/young children, we have a highchair and pack-n-play available for free as well - just let us know ahead of time.

A blowup mattress is available, by request.

2 external cameras are located on the exterior of the Northeast and Northwest corners that monitor the road, driveway and entrance to ensure local ordinances are being adhered to for number of vehicles and also to ensure the number of guests accurately match the booking. Neither records sound. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Our VRBO was as listed. Very clean, a lot of added amenities . Wrap around deck, hot tub, outside speakers, nice sound system inside the house, washer and dryer, black out curtains, owners quick to respond to messaging, outside firepit, aderondeck chairs on deck. Overall very comfortable..

Location

The house itself was great! Very cute all around, very clean, had comfortable beds. Hot tub was nice. And being right on the water was amazing. They even keep the swimming area free of weeds, which was phenomenal. My only complaints are that the house is right off the highway, so you can hear the traffic when outside. Inside the house you can barely hear it, if at all, but can definitely hear it outside. And the grill wasn't working the night we wanted to cook burgers. The hosts were very quick and came to look that same night and even had it fixed the next day, but we couldn't grill the night we wanted. Other than that, it was a great house with beautiful views and hosts that care about their renters!

This was the perfect retreat for my parents, husband and 4 year old son! We wanted a place to unwind, fish and relax with a beautiful view of the lake, and this property fit all of our needs! Bridget and Luke were very gracious hosts, and made us feel very welcomed with their welcome sign, and coffee/snack basket to greet us! Everything was super tidy and clean!It was nice having a bathroom and bedroom on each level! We had enough firewood for each night!Check in and check out process went smoothly!We had a couple minor hiccups with the propane grill and a tripped breaker, and Bridget/Luke were very responsive and helped to resolve everything for us right away! All in all, we had a really great stay and while we rented a pontoon for one of the days, we were happy to catch a lot of fish from the dock each day too! We all enjoyed our stay here!

Relaxing Girl’s Weekend

This home had everything we were looking for. We wanted a quiet, movie/game filled stay with fun shops and small town feeling. We took in the tranquil views while sitting in the clean hot tub. Home was cutely decorated with all the amenities we needed. Nothing was lacking in kitchen or bathrooms. Beds were comfy and lots of extra blankets around. Host was responsive, friendly, and gracious to give us a slow morning with a late check out. Super easy check out instructions. Thanks again! Perfect girls weekend.

Awesome getaway!

We had a great stay! The cabin was so cute! Clean, updated and just enough space (there were 5 of us). We loved how close to the water the cabin was and enjoyed using the hot tub. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Only downside was how close it is to the highway, but that wouldn’t deter us from coming back. Highly recommend!

Nice location

Really nice location. We went during the snowy/rainy season so werent ablw yo enjoy the outside but if it was nice out this would have bewn a great spot. Right next to the lake. I imagine cozy mornings on the deck with some coffee.

Clean and thoughtful

This is our second stay at the cabin for my family. It is always perfectly clean and organized with thoughtful treats and things such as coffee creamer and filters that renters may not remember to bring. Hot tub is always clear and ready to use. Wonderful communication!

The right place to stay

This house was purpose built for exactly what you need. Plenty of room, perfect for our family while visiting family! Close to anything you might need, and besides food, there was nothing we needed that wasn't already provided. Exceptional everything, including the hosts. They made everything easy and communicated eveything we needed to know prior to our arrival. We will stay here again, heck we'd buy it if was an option!

Comfortable and clean getaway near the Twin Cities

The house is on a lake and has a hot tub and firepit. The interior is very nicely decorated and it was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in; details were not overlooked. There was plenty of bedding and towels, open space, kitchen supplies, and more. The only downside is that it is directly next to the highway (not too loud) and there wasn't a good place to go for a walk.

Beautiful Lakeside Resort

Great Lake bday weekend

Had my wife’s 40th bday there. Was a great place for a stay and had friends from Minneapolis with kid come over for the day. Totally recommend.

No Boat

In the information it said that a boat was available to rent. It was NOT. Also, no where on the lake was there a boat rental that came to South Center Lake. It is called a Cahin of Lakes but that really isn't true.

Birthday surprise

For my birthday my husband and I rented this fine establishment for three nights. The hosts were very accommodating and the place was impeccable. I could easily see us having a very similar place of our own one day. The views of the lake can be taken from the main level, inside and outside as well as either of the balconies in the upstairs. There are only two complaints of the place. The first being the access to the dock is a little shady and appearing to be of two pallets. These also make it a little difficult to easily walk onto the beach area. The second issue that we had was out of the control of the owners. Due to its proximity to the road, we found the road noise a little annoying. The good part is that the house is very well insulated and one cannot hear the road noise while inside. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be going back in the future.
