The property offers private lake-access and a private dock in addition to a private swimming area and lily pad. There is a public boat launch nearby which offers overnight trailer parking at a low cost. Also nearby is the historic Leonard Paul Store with souvenirs, groceries, deli, liquor, and delicious hand-scooped ice cream, as well as the chic Tyee Coffee shop at the marina offering exceptional coffee and pastries.

This unique property delivers a central space with newly remodeled open-concept living room and kitchen as well as a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The main cabin area offers magnificent lake views from the expansive windows and access to the upper-level deck. In the winter months, stay cozy with the wood-burning fire place while cherishing the air conditioning in the summer months. You are sure to love the stunning views of Priest Lake from the large deck complete with a gas BBQ and new outdoor furniture.


Below the main cabin, the “bunk room” offers three separate spaces with a total of four beds (1 queen, 3 doubles) and space for up to eight guest with a second bathroom and laundry area. From either the stairs or bunkroom, you may directly access the lower level of the two-story-deck and find yourself just a few steps to a large newly furnished patio and your private lake access. Enjoy the fire pit in the evenings and cooler seasons while relaxing lakeside.

Checkout the detached tiki room including a second fridge/freezer, couch, and space to hangout, play games, or occupy your teens. The tiki room is where you will find two paddleboards which you are free to use.

The swimming area is very shallow near the beach area and extends to a depth of 20 feet at the end of the dock. Please be sure that children are supervised at all times and that all guests refrain from diving.

The Priest Lake area offers year-round recreation options including hiking, huckleberry picking , boating , ATV trails, golfing at the amazing Priest Lake Golf Course. Winter activities include miles of snowmobiling trails or great snow bowls and off-trail riding on the East side of the lake. There are Nordic trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
