Overall this house offered perfect service and a perfect location and enough space for everyone. It was close to everything we needed including family. House included game area for teens, games, extra blankets and linen.

Perfect stay

This charming farmhouse exceeded all our expectations. We were wanting a place that had plenty of space, lots of amenities, a little secluded, and easy access from the highway. This checked all the boxes and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of all the furnishings. We really felt at home and would definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Quiet secluded peaceful family retreat.

We wanted a spot to unplug and unwind after Christmas. 30 min from Brian Head ski resort! Lots of land to explore and enjoy. Hosts were wonderful. Provided everything we needed. The home is well appointed, cozy and very comfortable. We would book again.

Beautiful home for a quiet getaway

Amazing! The home is just as pictured. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking. The fireplace is warm and cozy. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Downstairs is a great space for games and hangouts. Outdoors has gorgeous mountain view. Highly recommend!

Peace and privacy at your service

The rustic setting away from everything was wonderful! The gravel road approach makes you wonder where you're headed...and then...wow! The yard is natural and unadulterated with machinery keepsakes from the past. The house is completely updated with a beautiful modern farmhouse theme and gorgeous finishing touches. It is impeccably clean and organized. The owners provide items to make your stay super comfortable. The views are just wonderful.

As good as it gets

The location was perfect for our goal to visit Bryce, Zion, Cedar Breaks, Dixie N.F., Parowan Petroglyphs, and several other locations including Kodachrome State Park. There were other locations more convenient, but this was perfect for the 4 of us. All the living areas were roomy and comfortable. The house itself was clean, well maintained and well stocked. Views from front and back were beautiful and relaxing. The 4 of us have been traveling together over 20 years, and by far, we all said that this was our best VRBO experience ever. Our host Michelle was very responsive and accommodating. If only we could have this experience in all our other travels. Thank you, Michelle.

Amazing property, will definitely be back!

From my understanding, this was the first time this home had been rented. It was amazing. Beautiful home, on a private, secluded farm. The inside was beautifully decorated, amazing kitchen, well appointed bedrooms and living spaces, clean, modern bathrooms and a nice porch/backyard with fire pit. Even had a garage for us to store/sort out our gear. Michelle was great and easy to communicate with. We will FOR SURE be coming back next year when in town again. The only thing to be aware of is it’s a ways from town and down a gravel road. If you don’t mind being a bit out there, this place is absolutely perfect.
