Precioso condominio familiar de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños, completamente renovado, ubicado frente al sonido y en el acceso al océano # 32. El condominio tiene una cocina nueva con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos y baños completamente renovados. El condominio tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente (1 cama king, 1 cama queen y 1 cama doble) pero puede acomodar 1 más en un sofá seccional o colchón de aire. Esta unidad es perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares en la playa. Se puede alquilar junto con la unidad de vista al mar que también tiene capacidad para 6.(VRBO # 340707) Está ubicado en el sonido y solo caminas directamente por la puerta hacia la playa para que tengas lo mejor de ambos. El muelle está directamente enfrente con mirador. Hay mucho espacio de estacionamiento y almacenamiento para todo lo que quieras traer para disfrutar de tus vacaciones en la playa. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. Hay una lavadora y secadora para que pueda lavarse si lo desea.

Family Beach Time

Our family enjoyed our time in this beautiful vacation home. The property was lovely and so well equipped. Buffy and Steve were the most fabulous hosts available for our every need or question. The use of the boat dock allowed us to bring our boat. The location is excellent for walking to dinner and night life in Wrightsville beach. I highly recommend this property. Our family will be back!!

Perfect location and loved the dock!

This location can't be beat. It's very close to the restaurants and town. The best part of the stay was beautiful private dock and swimming beach. We spent many evenings there, at sunset. We also were able to bring our dog. Since dogs can't visit the beach, the dock was an important gathering place. We'd love to return and rent all three units!

Couldn’t be better!

Actually the weather could have been better, but if Buffy had the power to change that, I’m sure she would. She responded quickly to all my questions before and after we booked the sound front unit, and provided everything we needed. The location is great—close to the beach and several shops and restaurants—and we loved the water view from both porches. Most of the sunsets were cloudy but still beautiful. We had a wonderful time!

I cant say enough good things about not only this property but the owners as well who we had the opportunity to meet while we were there. This is a top notch rental in a great location with even better amenities. The sunsets from the dock are world class. We brought our 21' center console boat and docked it overnight. The communication was first class receiving a reply in minutes from Buffy. Wrightsville Beach is a busy place with many rental options. This rental, for our budget, could not have been a better choice.

Beyond Expectations!

The unit was just as amazing as the photos indicate, and the surrounding views even more so. We were looking for a place where our young teenage sons could venture out on their own in a safe environment and this was it. It was a short walk to great restaurants and our daily intake of Trolley Stop hot dogs and Kohl's ice cream. Having the best of both worlds between the sound and ocean was a dream, and watching the sun set from the private dock was icing on the cake. The owners did not overlook one detail in making sure we had all we needed for a perfect vacation. We look forward to booking with you again.

Beautiful place!

Absolutely loved our stay. Great location and perfect for our wedding week. The condo was exactly as described and we loved the private dock. We sat on the dock each day and into the evening-just perfect. Thank you Buffy and Steven! We loved meeting you and Lilly!

Home Away From Home

Buffy is the best - attentive and responsive. We had a great visit and will return. The place was clean, the location is excellent, the dock/gazebo best on the island, easy walk to beach, restaurants, Roberts, and last but not least the Original Ice Cream Stand!

Great location!

Great location with easy access to the beach and the sound. Condo was clean and owner was very friendly and welcoming. We felt like we had everything we needed for the week. Would definitely stay at this rental again!

Beautiful Condo with an Fantastic Location!!!

This was my first time renting on VRBO and it was amazing!! The owner is wonderful and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions quickly, meet us when we arrived to give us all the local information and really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. The condo was clean, well cared for and exactly as described. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were perfect for my family of five. Plenty of space for everyone. She had chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas for us to enjoy on the beach!!! Location, Location, Location!!! Just a few steps to the beach and the inter coastal with your own pier to sit and enjoy!! Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, ice cream stand and beach store. Including a nice two mile loop to run, jog or walk around. We had a great family trip!!! We would stay here again and highly recommend this condo!!

Wonderful Vacation!!!

This is a premiere location for anyone who wishes to enjoy both the ocean and the sound front. Quiet and peaceful location, minimal traffic and very close to the attractions of the area. Very clean, comfortable and spacious home with many amenities. Highlights of our time at this unit included spending time on the private dock, reading on the back porch, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. My children age 11 & 9, would say their high points were swimming in the ocean, fishing off the pier and walking down the street for ice cream cones every night! My brother lives local and was able to use the boat slip. Exploring the area by boat added a whole new dimension to our vacation. We hope to return this summer.

Best vacation in years !

This property is fabulous! The view overlooking Banks Channel is mesmerizing and peaceful. The sunsets are amazing and the walk to the beach is easy! Easy walking distance to downtown Wrightsville Beach! Coffee, ice cream, donuts, good restaurants and bars if that is an interest. We rented kayaks, paddleboards and wave runners too! Sitting on the dock and swimming around was awesome also, just relaxing and what we all needed. Had family fly in from out of state, short drive to and from the airport which they LOVED! Stayed 2 weeks! Might stay longer next year! The owners, 2 of the nicest people I have ever met and really work to accommodate you and to make sure your stay is perfect!

Dream Vacation Condo...Literally

My wife, daughter, and I have stayed here several times. We absolutely love it!! The condo is tastefully decorated/furnished and well equipped. Location is perfect...walking distance to restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The sunsets and waterviews are SO amazing. You can either relax and do nothing or enjoy the great surfbreak out front, run the "loop", rent bikes or a SUP from Aussie Island just around the corner, fish right off the dock or in the surf (shh dont tell but the bite is really good off the dock), and the list goes on.

Fantastic family rental!

Best family vacation ever! The condo was a perfect size, had everything we needed plus the extras. Private pier, sound, floating dock, and ocean just steps away plus a leisurely walk to town. Wish we had booked it for 2 weeks and will definitely do that next year. We hope to get friends to book your other unit so we can all vacation together.

sound front condo with caribbean flair

My family so enjoyed our stay in this adorable condo, that we are repeat visitors this summer. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, walking paths, and a quick walk to the beach, it is perfect for any family. The sound view is also a real plus, especially the evening sunset. The unit is beautifully furnished, with a well stocked kitchen. We would definitley recommend to our family and friends.

I am a local resident who lives in Wilmington just 1 mile from the beach. I have a husband and 2 teenage sons who love to surf and wakeboard. My husband is a local real estate developer and I am a housewife and real estate owner. We bought this beach house so we could enjoy all that Wrightsville and Wilmington has to offer. We love the beach, boating , and spending family time on the water when we are not working or the kids are in school. Wrightsville is a great family beach and our heaven on earth.

This condo is on a quiet street just 2 blocks from town. It has both sound front and ocean front with pier, you don't have to choose which water access you prefer. You can have both! It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, groceries, and Wrightsville beach park. It is in a neighborhood which offers easy water access, friendly neighbors and a quiet setting yet so close to town. You can park your car and never leave yet have everything within walking distance to enjoy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This 3 bedroom/2 bath unit is perfect for a single family or 2 couples with 1 or 2 children. Comfortably furnished with a bright and happy atmosphere. The downstairs has hardwood floors and is an open area with kitchen, dining, and family room. Upstairs has carpet with 3 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed, 1 with double bed, and one with 2 twin beds. There are decks on both levels for incredible views- rocking chairs for reading and visiting. Kitchen is fully furnished so all you have to bring is groceries. There is a television in the family room with DVD and a television in the master bedroom. All you need for a fabulous family week at the beach!!
