Another full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor, with the third one in the basement.
☆☆KITCHEN & LIVINGROOM☆☆ The open-concept kitchen and living area serves as the heart of the home, ideal for gathering with family and friends. High ceilings and large windows create an inviting space, complete with a spacious sectional sofa, fireplace, and Smart TV with streaming services. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine (K-cups provided), an espresso machine, an island with seating for three, and a large dining table for eight—perfect for group meals.
☆☆LOFT, GARAGE and BASEMENT☆☆ In the loft, you`ll find two fold-out futons and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, overlooking the living area and fireplace. The garage has been converted into a spacious gym with an infrared sauna. The basement features a large sectional couch, Smart TV, dry bar, card table, and dartboard. It also houses the arcade room and laundry room.
☆☆OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆ Enjoy the private deck with a gas BBQ grill (propane included), a hot tub, and a cozy gazebo. Unwind by the wood-burning firepit (firewood provided) or relax on the sandy beach, complete with two beach chairs and a kids` playhouse. Take advantage of the lake access with a dock, two kayaks, and a children`s playground. You can even fish off the dock with our provided fishing poles!
✔Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES: ✔Guests will have full access to the entire house and property. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected ✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees. -Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges. (Evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind indoors will result in a $1000 fine)

- No pets allowed (if pet is not approved, $300 deep cleaning fee will be added)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. Only guests staying at the house are allowed on the property

-Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

✔Being in a natural setting, occasional insects or small wildlife may be present. Please keep doors and windows closed to help prevent this. We also kindly ask that all food is properly sealed and covered.
✔IMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property; -Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or -Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.
Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund. Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.
This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.

Annual Family Ski Trip
This was the perfect home for our annual family ski trip. The house was well stocked with all appliances, cutlery, paper goods, etc. that we needed and there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It was also a very easy drive to nearby ski resorts!

Wonderful amenities
The house is very well equipped. There was a storm while we were there which caused a power outage. The whole house generator kicked on and we never missed a beat. Peaceful, quiet setting.

Lovely Home with Amenities
We were a group of ten aged 1 to 68. The house was clean and bright with plenty of room for everyone. Location was within 15 minutes of groceries, pharmacy, and casino. We found the host and manager to be very accessible and they went above and beyond to make our stay a success.

The hot tub did not work when we stayed. Overall the house is good, I would recommend. It’s better if they provide hair dryer & plastic food wrap & sugar&cream for coffee. Other than these, they provide a lot kitchen stuff & towels. Sauna is good.

Great location for family vacation
This listing was amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed (cookware, linen, a washer and dryer). We were very comfortable. My party consisted of 4 small children, 2 teenagers, and 4 adults. The house provided entertainment and space for each of us. The best part of the house is the back yard space this is where we spent much of our time. The hot tub, fire pit, lake, and grill provided days of entertainment for us. I will definitely be booking again in the future.
