Perfect for sunbathing, surfing, boogie boarding, long walks, swimming etc. (Beach chairs, surf board, and toys provided) The house has ALL NEW interior and furniture with upgrades and special features including an electric toilet. Professionally decorated. Grocery store, cafes/restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. This is a perfect house for couples or a family! (NO animal dander allowed, including service animals, due to medical issues!)

Close to the beach . Felt very private. Had a great time Close to amenities. Grocery store just a block away. Home was comfortable. We had everything we needed.

What a beautiful beach home! Everything was wonderful! Exactly as advertised! Our family had a fabulous time in this newly renovated and well stocked home! Owner was fabulous to work with! We’ll definitely be back- highly recommend!

Winter Get Away

This place is very nice and clean. It has been completely renovated with some really nice modern furnishings. The location is perfect for sitting and listening to the waves and a stroll on the beach. I don’t cook on our short vacation, but the kitchen looks like it has everything you need. There is so much storage and room for stuff in the bathroom. I love everything about this place!

Great Beach Getaway

This was a perfect house for our beach vacation. The home is well furnished and maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Located on a dead end street that leads directly to the beach, so no traffic buzzing by. Only a couple minutes from the grocery store and multiple restaurants. Perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Communication with the homeowner was excellent as Michaela was quick to answer questions and keep us updated. We look forward to returning!

Great location

This is a cute, clean, comfortable beach house. It had everything we needed for a great beach vacation for two. We love the location with spectacular views and an un-crowded beach, yet just a short drive to Daytona for more “touristy” things. Absolutely 5 stars. *the neighbor directly in front is working on the home, so it’s a little junky, but that’s nothing in this owner’s control.

Perfect beach property!

The property is awesome! The house is very comfortable with top quality appliances, furniture and fixtures. Located just steps to a gorgeous private beach on a quiet, family-friendly street. The hosts provide tons of little extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.). Walking distance to several great restaurants, shops and grocery store. We'll definitely be back. Very highly recommend!

Fantastic location

The location is excellent with a great beach just steps away from the door. My only complaint is that the house is listed as a 3 bedroom house, but the 3rd “bedroom” is a small annex attached to the master and is not really all that functional as a bedroom. Aside from that, the location is excellent, the beach is quiet and beautiful and it’s close to stores, shops and restaurants. The furnishings are very nice and newer and tastefully done. I would suggest that it should be listed as a 2 bedroom and the price is a bit high for that.

We love this honest review! The 3rd room is an addition off the master. I am limited in options when describing the house, so I hoped the would pictures make the set up clear. The higher price was due to Spring Break timing which is the most expensive season. Please feel free to ask any questions before booking as we strive to please!

Beautiful

I never needed to connect with manager, but I put a 5 because the host stayed connected. Our stay was in a very beautiful home. You can tell the family is constantly updating and making their home a place for you to call home. The host made contact and responded with very timely updates. Very quiet and the ocean is heard from inside which is soothing as well!!! Our family hopes your family felt we treated your home like our own!!

Perfect location just steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We have 4 littles and it was nice everything being on one level and just steps from the beach! It had everything we needed and even the things we didn’t know we needed! It was so nice to have coffee pods and sugar already at the property and the refrigerator had condiments which was really nice! The home was also clean so nice to be able to sit down my 9month old and not worry if the floors had been cleaned you could tell this home has been cared for and is more than just a rental! The only issue we had was it was only 2bedrooms not really 3 but we made it work and had a great week!

Great seaside home

Great view of the ocean from the living room and patio. We got up early and watched the sun come up over the ocean, which was spectacular. The house is on a quiet street just steps from the beach, which was so convenient for us. I noticed late one night when everything was still and quiet that I could hear the ocean waves even though the windows were closed, which was a great way to fall asleep. This home has been completely remodeled, was very clean, and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay for a week. The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. It was a great week and we hope to be back here in the future sometime. 5 star stay! Thank you Michaela!

Perfect for our family during dorm checkout and anniversary.

We truly appreciate the owners sharing their home with us during our stay. We were in town mostly to help our daughter move out of her UCF dorm (~45 minutes away) but also took advantage of the time to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. The proximity to the beach (basically a 15 second stroll) and groceries (5 minute walk) made the location perfect. The layout of the home (2 full bedrooms and baths along with a great area - which happened to also have a bed - for a working office) was perfect. The living and kitchen areas were very comfortable. The kitchen & laundry room were very well stocked and the beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, towels) were definitely appreciated. This will be a spot we hope to book anytime we need/want to visit our UCF daughter. Thanks again!

Great, easy beach access

We were the first guests to stay at this house. Overall, for the right price we highly recommend it, primarily for the easy access to the beach (less than 1 minute walk). Michaela was easy to communicate with, and the neighbor across the street seems to be 'managing' the property. There were some nice amenities (beach chairs and a couple beach toys), but in general it was a fairly spartan home. We recommended that Michaela invest a bit more in the kitchen (more dishes so we don't need to handwash constantly, microwave-safe dishes, larger bowls, etc). And it would be nice if the A/C was on prior to our arrival, as it took 12 hours to finally cool from high 80s to low 70s. If it were a bit cheaper, and assuming the house gets outfitted more over time, we'd give it 5 stars, but at $400+/night (when all fees are added up), it felt a little expensive. At a slightly lower price, we'd happily stay there again.

It's unfortunate that your dates butted up against a holiday weekend because prices do run higher at those times. Warning about Host

Warning, if you stay at this property, it is imperative that you take pictures of the property before you occupy it . The host will come back requesting money to replace furniture and other miscellaneous fees that are NOT intuitive to your stay . The host does not have good communication with the cleaners . When we arrived, there was food left in the refrigerator, dishes in the drawers were not clean, microwave does not work, ac barely works, some lights and ceiling fans do not work, and you have to search around for the rule book ( it was under the TV pushed all the way to the back barely visible) . The unit is falsely advertised, this unit is NOT 3 bedroom, it is a 2 bedroom with a nook off of one of the main bedrooms. Be careful when using the bathroom in the hallway as it constantly stays clogged . Take a picture of the toilet paper and make sure it is the correct toilet paper, we used the toilet paper provided, after our stay we were informed that was not the correct toilet paper even though that was the toilet paper provided in the unit . On our first day, the host requested we take the trash out to the road from the previous guest, I thought that was weird but I obliged. The host claims stains are on the couch and the couch will need to be replaced, we are not aware of this issue nor did we receive pictures or proof of this issue. Host is a scam artist and needs to be reported ! Warning !

This guest did not comply with the house rules/guidelines. They left the property filthy and stained the furniture and sheets. I have never had this problem before, nor have I had a problem after this guest. I have employed the same cleaning crew for years. It's sad when people disrespect your home and make false accusations... But my 5 star rating and other reviews speak for themselves. All my descriptions are accurate and in accordance with VRBO standards. And yes, trash goes out once a week:)

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The host was very responsive to any question we may have had during the week. The week went by so fast and we were sad to leave!
