Have fun with the whole family at this stylish space.Entire daylight basement to yourselves with two bedrooms and a roomy living area.First bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom features full over full bunk bed with a full trundle and full futon sofa bed (four separate full beds for your convenience)Fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. Complimentary coffee and tea. Backyard is private property and is not included in the listing.Entire basement has heated floors
The space
When you book this entire daylight basement you will use the keypad door lock to let yourselves in. You will walk down a flight of stairs to an open floor plan including a spacious bright kitchen and a comfortable living room. The restroom includes a walk-in shower and washer and dryer for your convenience. The first room is equipped with a king bed and lots of closet space for optimal storage capacity. The second room has four sleeping spaces available to fit all of your company comfortably; the beds include a full over full bunk bed with a full pull out trundle and a separate sofa bed. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Free parking is available on the side of the road along the house. Your private unit is located between the garage and main house entrance.

We couldn't be more pleased with our stay at this property. The host went above and beyond with providing every little thing that we might need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings were top notch as was the entire upgrade of this basement apartment. There were only three of us, but it could definitely hold five comfortably. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Oleg.

Lovely space. Easy to find. Very accessible. Host is an excellent communicator. We loved staying below a home filled with children and loving energy. We especially loved hearing the patter of little feet :-)

Nice spot to stay while visiting Portland

There's a narrow stairway down but it opens up into a big unit with some great beds for the kids. Huge TV, nice kitchen. Would stay here again when visiting the East side of Portland.

Excellent for our business meeting

We had an excellent 2-day planning session for our small business. The space was, spotless, and we used the large tv to display info from our laptops. The host was gracious and even accommodated a schedule change when we had to reschedule due to sickness.

This space is very nice and clean. The first night we had issues with a parking space, but the owner quickly rectified that and we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this space if you are traveling to the Portland area

Nice apartment.

The apartment is in the basement of the house. Very nicely decorated, dual shades on windows to let in sun or keep it out. Parking is convenient. Host is very invested in making the stay everything we wanted.

Excellent property!

Wonderful property in a very quiet neighborhood of Portland! We wanted to be relatively close to relatives for a convenient location. The basement apartment is wonderfully designed and built and feels like a showhome. Appliances are new and upscale and the bathroom is fabulous with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have luxury bedding and are very comfortable. Truly a great place to stay when visiting Portland!

Way beyond expectations!

We were completely blown away by this extremely well done and nicely appointed apartment.The beautifully decorated rental has upscale appliances and finishes as well as comfortable furnishings and beds. It even has heated floors! And we loved the towels. Clearly we loved everything about it! The owner was kind and helpful and we look forward to staying there again when in Portland.

Me and my family stayed here for two nights and we livee it. The property is very clean and has all you need. The family is very friendly. When a blender did npt work for us, I texted the owner and he immidiately broght us another one. We needed it to blend juice for our 18 month old son. The kids are quite friendly and well behaved.

Perfect Stay

Big kudos to Oleg our host and the Vrbo we had from 12/18-01/02. The space fit us all comfortably (2 grandparents and 3grandkids 18,15, and 9) while we visited from AZ. Beautiful home, all as pictured. Comfortable beds, kitchen had what we needed, and all clean and neat. Close to airport, shopping, and plenty of restaurants close by. Quiet neighborhood. Loved every minute. Will return. Thanks Oleg!

Nice bascamp for exploring Portland

Great space. Very modern & beautifully decorated basement unit. A bit of noise from running kids but tolerable. Host was extremely courteous & responsive. Fixed a beeping fire alarm sensor super fast. Steep stairs upon entrance could be challenging but worked as a great spot to keep our shoes since shoes are not permitted inside the unit. Overall, we had a great trip & reccomend Oleg's place.

Great place overall. Clean. Easy entry/exit. Good communication. You are in a basement so you will hear people/kids above you, but it is not too distracting. We were working remotely there full-time and it was fine though. If you are just using it for vacation it wouldn’t be an issue. It is quiet overnight.

Perfect location, squeaky clean, lovely host

Two senior citizens plus adult daughter. Wi-Fi was sufficient for virtual work, kuerig coffee maker and ice water dispenser in the fridge, lovely walk-in shower. Host and his BIL cheerfully helped us when we locked our key in the car along with my road service info. Heads up that the entry is onto a stairway, but stairs are wide and railing is good. Huge TV that allowed us to log into our streaming services. Stone floors, coffee table, etc. maybe not the best for toddlers, but it all was perfect for us.

Very nice, newly renovated place😀

Very clean, recently renovated and exactly as appeared in the online photos. We had 6 in our family and there was plenty of room. Check in was totally easy with the key pad lock. Owner had clear and timely communication. It appeared to be a nice safe neighborhood too! We had a lovely stay❤️
