The house is nice.

The house is awesome however it is the wrong neighborhood. People there are rude.

I think the most important is your stay inside the house because that’s what you rented for and not the neighborhood. People around will always be there regardless where you stay

Home away from home!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks and it immediately became our home away from home. Lowelyn’s house is awesome, very modern, and comfy nice. The modern amenities particularly the air conditioning and hot water for showers were a plus. My family was very comfortable and impressed with the place as was I. Caretaker Jojit and his wife Nelia were right there and available when needed. The place was complete. The only bump we ran into, which I addressed with Lowelyn, was that the washer was not quite washing but we were able to drain and spin. I was not anticipating washing our clothes by hand. There was a rooftop and balcony off the Master’s Bedroom but we didn’t have any chairs to sit on but that was a minor issue. All-in-all, we had a wonderful stay and will seek out this place whenever we go home. Thanks, Lowelyn!

Great place in Malolos!

The hotel options are limited, so we are glad we booked this nice home. The property Mgr was always available and very nice. We had a hot water issue that he fixed immediately. The roof top patio was amazing. Some lounge chairs would have made that spot perfect. At check in, I noticed that the bathrooms were not as clean as I was expecting so he scrubbed the powder room one downstairs. I just cleaned the one upstairs myself. Soaps etc were all provided in the bathrooms. Take toilet paper as it was limited to the roll in use. I also am glad i took my hair dryer as i did not see one there. The stove top does not work which really sucked. And the oven would shut off by itself before our food was cooked. An outdoor BBQ would be great there. Also, if you are sensitive to noise, there are dogs in the alley way that bark all day and night. The location is great. The tvs are in the room but not in the living room downstairs. If we are in the area. We would definitely stay there again.
