We take cleaning seriously and strive for perfection with our cleaning company. In addition to modern standard turn cleaning practices, we have all our high touch surfaces sanitized and disinfected. You deserve clean and we know how important this is.

Sleeps 10 guests. Maximum of 8 adults

Check-in: 4:00PM EST/ Checkout: 10:00AM EST. We unfortunately cannot offer early Check-in as this time is needed to thoroughly clean and prepare the property for your arrival. Late Checkouts are not available and a fee of $50/ half hour will be charged for a late checkout. No check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.

Please note: Our cabin is a NO SMOKING/VAPING cabin. If there is any evidence of any type of smoking/vaping inside the cabin which can include but is not limited to ashes, odors, ash trays, butts, etc., there will be a minimum $500 fee added to the credit card on file or the cost to repair any damages and or remove smells associated with the smoking, whichever amount is greater.

We do highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside our control that would cause you to have to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection for you as well.

This is a quiet area and this really isn't a cabin well suited for parties, therefore we do not allow them. Minimum age of 25 to reserve the cabin. We will have to ask you to leave without refund if you exceed the occupancy limit, have a party, or aren't accompanied by the adult age 25 or older that booked the property.

The cabin is in a mountainous region; therefore, some roads may be considered steep. We have no issues with a two-wheel drive vehicle under normal dry conditions, but a four-wheel drive vehicle and tire chains are needed under adverse winter conditions. Please plan appropriately for winter stays. We do not issue refunds for weather or driving issues as this is well beyond our control.

There is a floodlight camera on the exterior of the cabin to monitor the entryway. It lights the walkway for our guests, captures video of any wildlife that wanders near the cabin, and helps with weather monitoring and occupancy compliance.

We love our furry friends, but out of consideration of those with allergies, we DO NOT allow pets.

We are in a very quiet area, however we cannot guarantee complete isolation from all noises.

Thermostats are on a locked range of 65-75 degrees. Electric fireplaces will also produce additional heat.

Stays of 10 days or more will require a housekeeping visit weekly with an added fee for the service.

A STARTER pack of basic supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap is provided for your convenience. This is only a starter pack and you may very likely need to purchase or bring more depending on the length of your stay and number of guests. We also provide all linens and towels.

This cabin is near the heart of the Smoky Mountain National Park and you may be lucky enough to see some of it's wildlife. Please keep a safe distance and never feed wild animals.

We have our cabin on a monthly pest control program that is performed by a certified and professional pest control company. As is the case with all cabins in the area and likely your own home, 100% pest free is impossible to attain and occasionally bugs, to include seasonal lady bugs, may slip through these defenses.
