To ensure the safety and security of the property, we’ve equipped the cabin with 3 exterior cameras. These cameras are placed in strategic areas for your peace of mind:
* Ring Camera at the cabin entrance
* Ring Camera at Side of the cabin facing the trash can
* Ring Camera at Lower deck level, facing the rear door
The cameras only record when motion is detected. While the neighborhood is very safe, this helps us monitor the property for your security.

🏠 Important Information to Know Before You Go 🏠
✨ Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement outlining our house rules, terms, and conditions will be sent to you for review and signature prior to your arrival. If you'd like to review it before booking, feel free to contact us.
✨ Security Deposit: The Security Deposit is not a charge to your credit card but only a hold within 3 days before your arrival. If there are no damages or missing items, then the total amount will be released 5 days after your departure.

❄️ Winter Driving Safety -For those visiting between November through April
⚠️ Mountain Roads: Please be aware that our cabin is located in the mountains. Local roads are curvy, narrow, and steep in places, though well-maintained. We cannot guarantee road conditions and cannot offer refunds due to concerns over heights or road conditions.
⚠️ Winter Travel: During the winter months, we highly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles and/or snow tire chains for safe travel in case of inclement weather. Fresh snow can make roads more challenging to navigate, so please plan accordingly.
⚠️ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your booking in the event that weather makes roads impassable. This way, you’ll have peace of mind should unexpected weather conditions arise.
