Delightful Small Town Escape — Sauna & Parking

This newly renovated single family home is situated in the heart of Ephrata with craft breweries around the corner, the Lititz rail trail only a few blocks away, and you’ll be walking distance to all of the charm of the downtown Main Street.

At our property you’ll find 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have a fully equipped kitchen for long or short stays. Our dual coffee machine will make you fresh drip coffee as well as K-cups. Our living room features a large 42” smart TV, wonderful window seat and a vintage green couch! Right around the corner you’ll find another large bathroom outfitted with a shower and 2-person sauna. Our full bathroom is a few steps away from our downstairs bedroom with a gorgeous rattan queen size bed, large dresser, and smart TV. As you go upstairs you’ll find two sunlight filled bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom features a large window seat perfect for catching up on your favorite book or relaxing before heading out to see some horse and buggies! This bedroom also has a designated work space, large closet, and access to the balcony to use as you please. The other queen bedroom features a large closet, dresser, and smart TV. Lastly, the third bedroom upstairs features a gorgeous gold trundle bed with two twin mattresses. From this room you’ll find the upstairs bathroom with tub and shower access.

We had everthing we needed plus more. Excellent matress. Quiet neighbors. Plenty of room for 4 adults. 2 kids. 2 dogs. Host provided some snacks and bottled water and flavored water. Designated parking in back was great. Heating system was good as was water pressure and temp. We did not cook but noticed a few basic spices and some tea.Would book again. Good place behind house to walk dogs along the alley way. Seemed very safe.

Nice stay the only thing we thought it would have a fenced in area for the dogs. But we made it work. Owner responsive and property well maintained and had everything we could need.

This property met almost all of our needs as a family with little kids. It had plenty of bedroom space, full kitchen, and an open concept first floor. The two downsides were that the can opener did not work and the bath tub stopper would not keep water in the tub which is unfortunate. Temperature control was a bit wonky, the central ac only worked on the first floor and there was one window unit upstairs so the choices were freezing common areas and appropriate bedrooms or hot bedrooms and appropriate common areas. It is walking distance to the downtown area so easy to walk to cafes or restaurants. It also was walking distance to the rail to trail which made it easy to get exercise in!

Wedding weekend stay

The seven of us had a great stay at this home which was close to the wedding venue. More than enough room for the weekend. The beds were comfortable. Place to park. Able to relax. The couch is too low for elderly guests but we're able to work around that. Would recommend.

Stay in Ephrata

Haleigh’s place was exactly as advertised, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was convenient to everywhere we needed to go and had everything we needed during our stay, including a few extras like soda water. I highly recommend it.

Things happen...

The service and communication was 5 star. We had a few issues, dishwasher busted a water pipe, then quit working a couple days later. All of the issues were handled immediately, and that all you can ask. Things happen.

Wonderful home!

Our family really enjoyed staying at the small town escape. It was roomy and clean and had a lot of special decorating touches. I highly recommend staying here! The location is great and fun to walk to downtown Ephrata and the rail trail. The sauna was an awesome touch!

Great time in Ephrata!

Charming house with plenty of room for everyone, including the fur babies. Conveniently located. The most comfortable beds and pillows - would love to know where they got those pillows! PS- the sauna in the bathroom was a real luxury.

Great Stay -

House is as listed. Owners have done a great job with little extra touches to make the stay more comfortable - left some snacks for us and water and eggs. Very clean - nice amenities. Owners were very responsive to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Property was clean with nice bedding and good kitchen. Hosts kindly provided complementary bottled water, coffee pods, eggs, butter. Nice shower with ample hot water. Plenty of easy parking on site.

Wonderful stay :)

I stayed here with all my bridesmaids before my wedding. It worked out great for us as it was 2 girls per room and even though everyone got their own space the bedrooms were all connected so we could still talk and communicate easily! great layout of the place. It worked perfectly for what we needed!

Great communication

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was great with communication. I loved the extra little touches such as the dog bowls and treats left for our dog. There were even snacks left for us. My daughter loved it so much, she didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Great host

First time staying in this area of PA. Six adults and 1 dog fit comfortably in this lovely home. Parking was great, check in process, cleanliness and hospitality were also fantastic. Host left us some snacks and even some items for our dog. As for location, we were walking distance to a great brewery and arcade. Half hour away from some touristy sights in Lititz and Landcaster.
