Cloverdale is one of Montgomery, Alabama’s most charming and historic neighborhoods, known for its tree-lined streets, beautifully preserved homes, and vibrant local culture. Nestled just minutes from downtown, this area blends old Southern charm with modern conveniences, making it a sought-after destination for visitors.

Dining options are plentiful within a mile of the neighborhood. Enjoy a fresh coffee or brunch at Vintage Café, located in a restored historic bank. For lunch or dinner, Filet & Vine offers gourmet deli selections, wine, and Southern specialties, while Vintage Year provides a fine dining experience. Entry is at the BACK of the building — the front door has no keypad, so you'll come in from the rear. Park in the gravel lot behind the property; there is room for two vehicles, one behind the other. Apartment D is UPSTAIRS: take the exterior black staircase at the back up to the landing, and D is the door on the right. The door has a coded smart lock deadbolt, and your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

🪜 Stairs — please read before booking
Apartment D is UPSTAIRS, reached by an exterior black staircase at the back of the building
This is a full flight of stairs up to a landing, with no lift
Worth knowing if you have heavy luggage or difficulty with stairs

This is one of four apartments in the building, and other guests may be staying during your reservation
Your apartment is private and exclusively yours
Apartment D is upstairs, top right off the landing; Apartment C is the other door off the same landing

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old for an apartment
The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation
The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules
Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
