This home has been completely remodeled! In 2025, a tournament-grade pickleball court was built, complete with a basketball hoop. We provide pickleball paddles and basketballs for guest use. Our pickleball paddles are beginner-friendly—experienced players may want to bring their own.

Expansive windows fill the home with natural light, while a stunning three-level deck offers breathtaking hilltop views. The yard features large rocks and steep areas, adding to its unique landscape. The multi-level deck is elevated on all sides, requiring stairs for access.

Respect the Space
You’re staying in a home, not a hotel, so please treat the space with care. If any issues arise, we’ll do our best to resolve them as soon as possible, but please note that no one lives on-site 24/7.

Pest Control & Country Living
We employ professional pest control services regularly, but being in a rural setting, occasional uninvited guests may appear. To help prevent this, please keep all doors closed at all times.

Temperature Control
Our home is equipped with a Nest thermostat that can be controlled remotely. To prevent system issues, please do not set the cooling below 68°F, as this may cause the unit to freeze for up to 24 hours.

Fragrance Plug-Ins
We use fragrance plug-ins throughout the home. If you prefer them removed before your stay, please let us know in advance.

Routine Property Maintenance
During your stay, you may see maintenance staff performing seasonal tasks such as mowing the lawn, clearing leaves, or maintaining gutters and exterior spaces.

Winter Weather Access
In snowy or icy weather, the sloped driveway and road conditions may limit access, and guests may need to wait until conditions improve before driving in or out.

Please note the fireplace cannot be used however we do have electric fireplaces in the bedrooms.

Safety & Property Rules
Assumption of Risk
By renting this home, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of injury while participating in sports or activities on the property. Guests assume all responsibility for their safety while using the pickleball court, basketball area, or other amenities. The host is not liable for any injuries.

Supervision & Safety:
The deck is elevated on all sides, and there are steep drop-offs in front of the home. The driveway is also steep. There are additional steep drop-offs around the property and deck—please use caution. For your safety, please do not sit on the deck railings and please do not climb or walk through the retaining wall areas. Please do not climb the fence. Guests must supervise children at all times to ensure their safety.

General Court Rules (comprehensive guidelines are provided in the check-in instructions)
No smoking near or on the court.
No food, alcohol, sugary drinks, or gum allowed on the court.
Only water, sports drinks, and coconut water in spill-proof containers are permitted.
After booking, please read all detailed court rules in the check-in instructions.

House rules:
• Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings above the registered guest count. The base rate covers up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 16 allowed on the property at any time (including visitors). Each guest over 8 is $50 per person, per day. Violation of occupancy or party rules will result in the reservation being canceled without refund and guests being required to leave. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and we strictly enforce these rules. After booking, guests will receive a message asking to acknowledge this, check in instructions will not be sent unless this is done.
• Pet Info (dogs only): Please make sure you have paid the pet fee.
• Smoke-Free Indoors: Feel free to use the ashtray on our back patio. No smoking inside or in front of the house to keep our home fresh. Note: If evidence of smoking inside, up to $700 in charges.
• Parking Made Easy: We have ample driveway and garage parking available, please make sure not to park on the street.
• Neighborly Courtesy: Quiet hours start at 10:00pm. We love our neighbors and appreciate your help in keeping the peace at all times.
• Respect the Space: To maintain the condition of our home, please avoid placing luggage on furniture and using towels for makeup removal.
• Housekeeping Basics: We provide trash bags under the sink for easy disposal in the gray bins outside. Used towels can be left in the bathtubs, and there's no need to make the beds on your departure.
• Toilet Care: Kindly flush only toilet paper to keep our plumbing happy!
• Extended Stay Perk: Enjoy weekly housekeeping on us for stays over 30 days, we'll schedule at your convenience!
• Pet Care: We're dog-friendly! Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds, and clean up after them outdoors.
• Simple House Etiquette: If you use something, please put it back where you found it. And if you make a mess, we appreciate your help in tidying up.

Pickleball & Basketball Court Rules
For your safety and enjoyment, please read and follow these court guidelines.
General Rules:
• Use the court at your own risk.
• The court is for registered guests only.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• No smoking on or near the court.
• No climbing or leaning on the fence.
• We kindly ask that you avoid scraping the surface of the court with rackets or any other objects to help keep it in great condition.
• Do not move chairs or any furniture onto the court.
• Proper footwear required (no cleats, spikes, or shoes with sharp soles to protect the court surface).
Food & Beverages:
• Only water, sports drinks, and coconut water in spill-proof containers are allowed.
• No alcohol, sugary drinks, or glass bottles.
• No food on the court.
• Keep all beverages off the playing area.
Restricted Items:
• No pets allowed on court.
• No bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, or similar equipment on the court.
Court Care & Equipment:
• We provide pickleball paddles, balls, and basketballs for guest use.
• Our pickleball paddles are beginner-friendly—experienced players may want to bring their own.
• Do not hang on the net or misuse equipment.
• A rain squeegee, leaf blower, and soft-bristle broom are available for court maintenance—only use the soft-bristle broom on the court.
• Turn off the court lights when not in use.
