This is a 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom house that is 1,250 square feet and sleeps 6. . Perfect for a family or small group of friends. It has been recently updated with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and remodeled bathrooms and showers. Offers Smart TVs, Netflix, Hulu, and WiFi.

The home has a private backyard perfect for kids to play. Equipped with a gas and charcoal grill and a dining table that fits a party of 6.

Full-size HE washer and dryer available for use.

**It is important to us that our housekeepers earn a living wage. The cleaning fee covers the cost of our local maid service company that cleans our home after every guest and prepares it for you. At the same time, our linens and towels are picked up and get professionally washed off-site each week by a dry cleaning service.

This is a quiet neighborhood, and it is a home in which we take great pride and ensure that all of our guests are happy with their experience.

Perfect location

Great little place. Clean, cozy and very comfortable. Perfect location for doctor’s appointments , which is exactly what we needed. Friendly and very accommodating host.

Cozy Cottage

This cute cottage is so cozy and felt like home. Perfectly centrally located to all we had planned for the few days we were there. Home had all of the things we needed and a few things we were glad to have! The master bed offered us a better sleep than we’ve ever received away from home!

A wonderfully comfortable home in a great location.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home with our daughter, son-in-law and young grandson. We were a few blocks away from our son and daughter-in-law, so the location was perfect. The home was a good size for the family to relax and have together time with plenty of room and privacy in the bedrooms. There was a pack and play (we’d brought our own) and a high chair available. The master suite was wonderful, with high end finishing touches. The back yard is fenced and a good size. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We are also short term rental owners, and can appreciate the extra care taken to have every detail covered for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely come back again!

House mostly as described

We were in town for a football game with my daughter and her friends and wanted to be near Dallas. We didn't know the area and at first were somewhat caught off guard as the house is on the "rougher" side of town. That said after one of the friends got there early they were a bit uncomfortable with the neighborhood and mentioned some people knocking on doors but that was never substantiated and Jay did refute that any video evidence existed showing it. Jay was a good host and answered questions quickly. This is a fine house and nice property but renters should know its street parking and in an area of town that is somewhat transitional.

No Frills Rental

Overall this rental had a good location, nice backyard to hangout in and a nice area to hang out with your friends and family but if the downfalls to this property is the owners are very hard to get a hold of. We had 6 people total staying in the house, there was only 4 forks so we were constantly having to clean them (with no sponge because there wasn’t any) and if you’re a family that likes to cuddle up in blankets to hang out and relax together or just get chilled at night there is not a single one to be found in the house so we needed to go out and buy some during our stay. If you need somewhere to just lay your head at night it’s great, if you’re needing some of the comforts of home this isn’t the place for you.

We'd prefer less decor and more functional accommodations

The house is very nice, the location excellent, and we might stay there again, but more focus on the practical amenities could have made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. Towel bars are needed in hall bathroom. 100% hot water shower was only marginally hot. Closer on outer front door is so forceful it is dangerous. Most horizontal surfaces have so many decor items there is no room to put anything down. Bath towels felt and damp and cool even when they were fresh and dry. Perhaps they are not 100% cotton? Book selection showed an obvious political bias which might be offensive to some guests. Request on white board to strip all beds and gather all laundry in baskets was a bit offensive. Guests are on vacation and paying a cleaning fee which should cover this task.

Located in the center of the city. Close to Downtown Dallas, Design District, Art District, Deep Ellum, etc. Just 20 minutes from the Dallas Cowboys and Rangers stadium.

It is a quiet family neighborhood but centrally located.
