Centrally located 3 bedroom luxury retreat

This home is close to ample dining, shopping, and entertainment as well as North Park Mall and Presbyterian Hospital. Downtown, Uptown, Lower Greenville & Dallas Love Airport are all nearby, too. Completely remodeled, the home has modern amenities, designer interiors, smart TVs, a full kitchen, all new mattresses, high speed wifi & more. Come relax in the outdoor space or play a round of pool on the 8' vintage table.

The space
The home sleeps 6-10 people (10 if you double up on the full size beds & sofa bed), it has a full kitchen with a coffee bar, along with a reverse osmosis drinking water system. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and bakeware. For your enjoyment, we have a 60" smart TV, an 8' pool table and a yard. We have tried to think of everything you may need for a comfortable stay however, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we will see if it's possible.

Entire house & fully fenced yard. There is a front door and back door entrance, both with secure smart locks.

Other things to note
There is an outlet if you need to charge your car but there is also a super charge station nearby.

The property was well appointed with very attractive furniture and accessories. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen and bath have been updated in style with new appliances. The host responded to messages very quickly, was friendly and easy to work with and stays on top of things and made sure our stay was pleasant. He gets an A in our book and we would highly recommend him and this property

Family trip

The property was conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants around the corner. Everything within the city was 15-20 minutes away in every direction, which I loved. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we’ve had at a rental and I appreciate the full bottles of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. The house did have some inaccuracies compared to the listing. The front of the house is facing a quiet neighborhood, while there is a main road at the back where the bedrooms are, which was very loud at night so although the beds were comfortable, I'm a light sleeper, so it was hard to sleep. This is no fault of the owner. There is an obvious hole in the living room ceiling that looks like they tried to patch it up. There were other small things we noticed as well. The cornhole boards are very worn and falling apart, and some of the bags were busted. The chair outside was either dry rotted or just broken on both sides so you couldn’t sit in it. I’m not sure if there was a way to turn on the outdoor string lights but we couldn’t figure it out and they never came on automatically, but that wasn’t a big deal to us. WiFi was very slow and going out for the first hour so the only thing that could be connected was the tv. These weren’t issues we felt were necessary addressing. The teenagers loved the pool table. Communication was great. Check-in was probably the easiest we’ve had. The house is located in a great area.

Amazing house

We had a fantastic stay. This is one of the nicer properties we've booked. The location is great and the house had a lot of nice touches in places that other rentals often skimp on. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Central Dallas Stay

We had overflow in our PH home for large family get together and this house was perfect for hosting the quiet getaway from the chaos. Comfortable beds and proximity to restaurants and retail make this house a great option for a family visiting or just looking to visit central Dallas for a long weekend!

We stayed here for a girls weekend to celebrate my birthday. Everything was as pictured, the beds were very comfortable and the hosts were extremely responsive. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for families

The home was just right for my family that came in for a wedding. It gave my dad is own room and bathroom while the rest of us could get ready in the other rooms and bathroom. The owners were great and answered any questions quickly.

Worked well for Family Holiday Visit

I didn't realize when I booked that the house is a duplex, but we never noticed the neighbors so it turned out just fine. The house itself was great and accommodated us all. My only issue was that some of the outlets are old and many of the new plugs for USBs, USB-Cs would not stay in the outlets.

Easy to find...exact description

We choose this location because it was centrally located for the many events we needed to attend over the weekend. 5 adults & 2 toddlers. Covered parking. Beds were comfy. Blackout curtains. Ceiling fans. Very clean.
