Situated in the vibrant State Thomas neighborhood, you'll be just steps away from numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, as well as popular attractions like the Perot Museum & American airlines center. Whether you're in town for business or a weekend getaway, our home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and style for an unforgettable stay.
You will have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. It has a fenced yard and covered parking for one car in the back. Right across the street from Whole foods and next door to a rely cute coffee shop.
It’s a spacious home with 2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The living room couch pulls out to a full sized bed and we also keep an air mattress just in case.
It’s a very spacious or comfortable home. The home even has a home gym with yoga equipment and free weights. Also there is a outdoor picnic area with a gas grill. You will love it! Book Now

Post was super responsive and the place was amazing! Very clean and stocked with some of the necessities, spices, oil, toiletries. 4 minute walk to whole foods and cute area of town! Would highly recommend!

The property was immaculate and very comfortable. This prime location is one that I would definitely rebook. The host was engaged from the beginning and very communicative.

This was a beautiful neighborhood and inside of home. We could walk to everything-grocery, restaurants, entertainment , parks.The house was really pretty , comfortable and we enjoyed the coffee bar. The beds were so comfortable ! We brought some extra fence extensions so the side yard could be fully fenced in and that was super helpful .

The property is in a wonderful location and the neighborhood is very walkable. We enjoyed the side yard and sat out there often. Walking to coffee shops and Whole Foods was great!

Great location! The cut home was perfect for a family weekend in the busy Dallas area. All the amenities of home! Thanks for trusting us with the necessaries. Walking distance to grocery (whole foods) and uber was great. Parking in the street was adequate, but watch for the two hour spots. Wonderful experience.

Amazing location… but needs some TLC

Pros: The location is central to everything and has food within walking distance. It is easy to find and access via the lockbox. The front room and kitchen are super cute and functional. Really appreciated the tv and internet. Now the cons: there was mold everywhere in the bathrooms and dust and dirt in all the vents, windows, and fixtures. There was even an extra visitor in the bathroom - a huge cockroach. This place has so much potential, it just needs a little more TLC.

Excellent stay and convenient location

We enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness. and convenience of this rental. The host was excellent--instructions were very clear. If you have an EV, you can charge it at the Whole Foods across the street, too! (In the parking garage, close to the big sliding glass doors.)

God tier VRBO location and a quaint stay

Walking distance from many high quality restaurants and a good neighborhood really makes it hard to wanna stay anywhere else. Host responds immediately. Just overall will love to come again. Only issue I can stay is the water can get hot fast in the shower and sink.

Superb location, property worn and unclean

We chose this property because of the great reviews and location. We arrived very late to a very unclean home and to no off street parking. It was a very unpleasant surprise. If it had been early enough I would have notified the owner and not unloaded until things were corrected or went to stay at a hotel.From the couch bed inundated with food to the very unclean kitchen where it was extremely obvious not even a wipe down was done, it was not a good feeling. The showers are unkept with mildew growth on the walls and washer/dryer were very unclean so we did not use them. They also had a broken handle. The off site parking also was not available due to the neighboring unit utilizing a washing machine in the back of their truck in the parking stall with electrical and plumbing run through the designated parking spot.

I grew up speaking it. I love to travel and have visited most parts of the world. I like good food and trendy places. I know about all the coolest places in town and can give you suggestions on what's good on any night of the week.

State Thomas is a Dallas Landmark District in the Uptown area of Dallas, Texas. It borders downtown to the south at Woodall Rodgers Freeway, Bryan Place to the east at US 75 (Central Expressway), and LoMac to the north and west.
The State Thomas neighborhood contains the largest collection of Victorian-era homes remaining in Dallas. including the Jacob and Eliza Spake House listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The establishment of the region as a Special Purpose District in 1986 helped make it one of the first new urbanist regions in the city. You will also find many local bars and restaurants scattered through the neighborhood.

You will be walking distance to all the best restaurants in Dallas. One block away from whole foods makes for a easy walk to get groceries. You will also be a short walk to the free trolley cart that gives you free rides up and down McKinney Ave.

Stay less then a block away from the Ritz- Carrollton and ZaZa hotel for a fraction of the price.
