The banquet hall and party barn pictures provided in the listing are for representational purposes only and you will not be able to access the event hall without a separate reservation and prior approval. We also offer packages to host events such as Engagements, Weddings, Receptions, Baby/Bridal Showers, Birthdays, and Corporate Retreats. But, this reservation is ONLY for lodging to stay at our resort style ranch home. The resort style ranch home is a great place to stay with your extended family and/or friends. If you rent banquet hall or party barn to host your special events, the guest count can vary based on the hall size.

This dream resort style ranch estate home is so huge (~6500 SFT) that it can accommodate larger groups very comfortably. It comes with:

**GUEST ACCESS**
Access is limited to registered guests at booking. Remember, If you are the primary guest, you are responsible for the entire stay and the condition of the property upon check out.

We are right off of Hwy 114 on the way to Bridgeport from DFW and ~15 min drive from Texas Motor Speedway, Alliance Airport and within 30 minutes of drive from DFW Airport, Southlake, Westlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Arlington and Fort Worth. It's still within a reasonable driving distance from the cities like Flower Mound, Irving, Addison, Carrollton, Richardson, Plano and Frisco.

FLEXIBLE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES - 4:00PM CT Check-in and 10:00AM CT Check-out. Although we have defined check-in and check-out times, we approve COMPLIMENTARY early check-in or late check-out requests based on availability.
WiFi – We have WiFi services available inside the home.
NO SMOKING - SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the home. If you smoke outside the home, you will have to clean up afterwards (no cigarette butts are allowed on the floor)
NOT A PARTY HOUSE - The house is for the specific use as a family and/or friends gathering or business retreat. It is **NOT** a place to host a party for anyone beyond those staying in the house with you. (There is a banquet hall that can be rented as add-on for any parties or events)
NO DRUGS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Zero tolerance policy for any consumption of drugs or illegal activities on the premises or anywhere on the ranch
EVENT HOSTING: We do offer different packages to host Birthdays, Weddings, Receptions, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers etc. You are not allowed to host parties without our prior written approval
PARKING – You can park directly in front of the home (concrete block) or in gravel area by the Pond/Bridge for up to 10 cars
ANIMALS/PETS - We love pets and they are allowed at $100 additional charge per pet for the entire stay.
NO ACCESS to any other Homes, Apartments, Barns, Storage areas with in the Ranch Estate.

**Other things to note**
Within a few minutes of this estate home, you'll find beautiful South Wise County Park located near the northern shores of Eagle Mountain Lake. This park offers a public boat ramp, plenty of shoreline for bank fishing, and a picnic area. This lake hosts several yearly sailing regattas, and it is a foremost venue for the Texas Yacht Racing circuit. Sailors take every advantage of the breezes supplied by mother nature at every opportunity. Wakeboarding, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and pontooning provide water lovers with days of fun during warm weather.
