The house was clean and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the deck--reading, watching the boat traffic, and enjoying the ducks. The short walk to the beach opened up to a great view of the bay.

The view was just what we needed. The patio is comfortable and beautiful. The house had what we needed and was comfortable. We were looking forward to using the gazebo but it really needed a good cleaning so we didn’t use it. It would only take a little TLC to make this property perfect.

Perfect Location

My sister and I traveled to Bay City for a quick getaway. We hoped to see some of the Fall colors and enjoy some shopping and relaxing! Shirley's Temple was lovely! We loved the views and accommodations! We hope to return sometime!

Beautiful space

We had the best time at your place. The views are incredible!! We caught some fish off the dock and took a little trip to Frankenmuth too. I would definitely recommend this place. It was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Water views spectacular!

Property is immaculate and tastefully decorated. Furniture is new. The screened in gazebo is very useful. The location gives you river view and bay view. Property manager is easy to work with!

Great Home on the River!

My parents and I stayed at Shirley's Temple for a week and really enjoyed it. The home was updated and very neat and clean. Sitting out on the deck and watching the boat traffic on the weekend was fun! Because my parents are elderly, the size of the bathroom was a bit of an issue. It is tiny so keep that in mind if you are traveling with someone who is larger or has special needs. The location is close to all of the stores and restaurants off of Wilder Rd. and to Bay City State Park. If you're looking for a place to get away in the Bay City area, this is a great choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Creepy maintenance men with no warning.

We were 3 Moms excited to get away for some peace and quiet. The home is beautiful and the location was great , but we were unfortunately woken up early on our last day there with hours of boots stomping around on our roof and furniture being drug around on the deck by rude men. Creeped out, we reached out to the owner as they had not informed us that they would be getting maintenance done on the home DURING our vacation. It was a huge disappointment to not be able to utilize our outside space our last day or to be able to enjoy some peace and quiet indoors. Great location and beautiful home but it’s hard to recommend a space when the owners do not care about their renters security or enjoyment of their time at their space

This property has the best views aside from anywhere else on the river. You can sit river front and see the bay, canal and the river! Rent the 2 houses next door for 3 in a row with family and or friends!
