Just beachy

It was super clean and everything was like new, just about perfect. Plenty of amenities for snacks, games, places to relax, can’t ping on anything. Will definitely stay hear again in the future. ♥️

Beach Home away from home

This place was perfect for our we can get away! Everything about the place, wonderful, including the location and the cleanliness and just the overall amenities! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend staying here!

comfortable, cozy and easy

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday stay very much. Communication with Ana was very easy before our trip and during, if we had any questions, she responded right away (but we didn't really have many because things were very clear). The house is clean and very comfortable, especially the couch, the blankets, the beds and much more. It had everything we needed for kitchen, nice accessories in the bathroom and elsewhere, lots of games and even two great hiking books! The location is perfect for us, walking distance to sweet springs nature preserve and easy access to so much more in the surrounding areas. Morro Bay and Los Osos has so much to do. One thing to note, the beds are very slightly on the high side for some of us shorties (5ft+), wasn't a problem for us, but if you're going with young kids or older adults who are shorter and not as stable, something to be aware of. There is also a cot, maybe a blow up mattress, and the comfy couch could easily be slept on. Thanks for a great visit and stay!

Comfortable, clean, and roomy

Despite only one bathroom for four adults, the way it is configured and the spaces in general, it was not at all cramped or without privacy. Clean and comfortable. Location is wonderful near the bay and bird reserve.

Perfect summer time cool down

Eva was a perfect host and communicated effectively. There was a glitch that occurred on my side of transaction and was too late for her to refund based on my action and VRBO protocol. Nevertheless, a wonderful relaxing experience being at her retreat in Los Osos. Very convenient for me and where I was going in the local area as we do yearly and her property had the perfect simple amenities you need like coffee maker with Kirkland brand supplies available. Access security was stated to be managed with communication via a text thru VRBO (as that is who I booked with but on the day of). There were problems, and Ava stated that an email would be sent out to me the day of the reservation. New to me me and I want to trust her. I waited and I finally saw it after it what seemed a bit too long. especially on the day of your reservation. Upon arrival, everything looked in their place as you would expect, but there was room for improvement where cleanliness is concerned. The right primary bedroom with the backyard view is the room I chose. It had a seat and small lamp on the right as soon as you walk in, just in front of what was possibly a closet. Didn't consider to use or open for that matter. There was a vinyl leather chair under the window next to the bed. I took comforter and flat sheet down. It looked washed and cleaned but I laid my head down and inhaled that deep sigh breathe into what would start and lovely night's rest into zen sleep. But, I smelled what could only be described as musty, stale un-washed sheets or moldy, stayed in the washer too long smell of unpleasantness on the accessory that you will potentially spend the most amount of time on during the accommodation. So, you don't want to get that wrong. This is where one would potentially spend most of the number of hours in one place during the short 2 night stay. I expected much better sleeping. Unfortunately, it was the same with the throw blankets in the two baskets and ottoman with pillows. They were in place from a previous stay and not messed with, therefore the cleaning agency didn't do anything with it. At least, dust it off or wash it at the minimum between stays. The second room had the same square footage as the room I stayed. Otherwise, the location, it's easy access and convenience to the local area made for a very nice stay. Thank you Ana!
