Vacation destroyer

Couldn’t get through security gate because management delayed processing paperwork. First 2days no WiFi One day no WATER. Property management let the entire water tank run dry. No showers, no toilets, no cooking, no drinking, etc. Beautiful jacuzzi on deck off master displayed in beautiful photos did not work. Management said “so what? It’s not included”. Bbq in condo photos said not work. Management said “so what? It’s not included”. 2days into my 4 day trip my girlfriend had enough of management’s abuse and left. At that moment there was no WiFi, no water, no jacuzzi, no bbq and management did not care at all they already had the money. I recommend blocking them from further listing on VRBO. They are ruining your reputation.

Great place with some room for improvement

First off, beautiful Condo with awesome views. Our issues come with the functionality of the unit. 1. It would be helpful to have directions on how everything works. We figured out most of it but some were hard to understand. 2. The controller for the fan in the living room did not work. So it was set to the lowest level and we could not adjust nor turn on/off. The patio fan was in the off position and the controller on that one did not work so we could not use it while sitting on the patio. 3. There appears to be an awning that folds out and retracts on the balcony but it appeared to be broken. 4. The motor that operates the shades in the living room did not work and we could not raise those blinds. 5. The hot tub does not drain. The switch the instructions said to use did nothing to drain so unfortunately, we had to leave the water in when we left. Followed the directions to no avail. 6. When we arrived late Sunday, the security had no information on us being in the unit and had to explain we had rented the unit. After some discussion, they let us in. I had provided copies of our passports prior to arrival but that did not appear to be passed on. We spent a good few hours getting this addressed the next day with the Vacasa staff and they finally passed this along to the guards so we could get access to the property without explaining over and over again. These are the reasons for only 4 stars. Like I said, we loved the property overall.

Perfection

This house was everything! The views from the balcony, the bedrooms and the living room were breathtaking. The location was peaceful, quite and relaxing, but still close to the action. The house was clean, beautiful and comfortable. I will return to this location whenever I return.

Great Stay

The condo was beautiful. The pool was breathtaking. Everything was absolutely amazing. There were towels left out for us the air conditioner work worked well. Jaco was really close so there was tons to do. Very great stay
