This place has a shared entrance gate and front yard as well as a private fenced backyard.

-Only a quick 2 min. drive to Starbucks and Walmart if you need anything.

-Our house comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 queen sized beds. A comfortable sofa with extra blankets can sleep a 5th guest.

-Dinning room and living room comfortably seat 5 guests.

-Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee. The kitchen is fully loaded with microwav,, refrigerato,, stove, dishwasher along with glasses mugs, coffee maker, dishes, and cutler along with numerous other amenities.

- Staying here will be as good or better than staying at your own home.

On the fairway

Close to shops gas station restaurants. Nice settings and decor. A little hard for us with a tub due to mobility issues but we managed. It is a back unit and easier to access from alley. Even a dog park closeby for those with dogs. worked out great for the 3 of us

Great temporary housing, especially with pets!

Very nice place to stay. Well lit at night. Very clean and updated inside. We stayed here for a month while we house hunted and closed on a new place. Very convenient and close to everything. Quiet alleyways to walk the dogs up and down for several blocks without worrying about cars. Easy on/off to SR-500. And they thought of everything to keep in the property to keep it up for an extended stay. Definitely recommend!!

A Little Bit About Us
We are a family owned and operated long and short term rental business. Ty and Craig grew up watching their folks owning rentals and saw the opportunity to have their own business in the industry. Their mom Marie and late father Tom gave them the financial boost and introduced them to an investment mindset which launched them into rental management and ownership. This property is owned by Marie, managed by son’s Craig and Ty and Ty’s wife Beka- we all have our roles in the different aspects of management and it seems to work out well. We hope we have succeeded in making a true feeling of home away from home for you!
We ALL had a part in bringing this short term rental to life and we really hope you enjoy it!

We have provided a Roku that has access to multiple streaming services. Please login to your own account for viewing and log out again when your stay is over.
To bluetooth to the sound system press and hold the top center bluetooth button on the Vizeo remote. To use surround sound for TV, push top left button on Vizeo remote, scroll to find AUX VA on the remote display, press OK button on remote. See next page for picture guide

Coffee Table
The coffee table lid lifts to make a table at the couch opposite the TV. Please be careful to lift/lower both sides at the same time.

BBQ
Please enjoy the BBQ! It’s outside to the left of the patio slider. The propane tank is located under the bbq. Turn the propane tank on to use the bbq. When you are done using the BBQ please ensure the propane tank is turned OFF.



Putting Green
Please enjoy our putting green out on the back patio to the right outside the patio slider. Please place the balls and putter against the side of the house when done using
