Beach House with Private Pool

Beautiful 3 bed,2 bath House with Private Pool two blocks (about 7 min. walk)to the famous white sand beaches of Panama City Beach and short walk to lagoon.
Upon entering the house you are greeted with a large Family Room.The living room has a open layout where you can relax and enjoy your favorite seating position on reclining sofas.
The dining area has a table that seats 6 and an island with 3 barstools.There is plenty of storage for your food items in the pantry.
The kitchen is fully equipped,granite countertops,stainless steel appliances,Toaster and Coffee Maker .
The Master bedroom features a king size bed with attached bathroom.
Bedroom #2-one Queen Bed
Bedroom #3-Two sets of twin bunk beds.
All the bedrooms provide plenty of closet space.

Outdoor living-Private saltwater pool,fully enclosed yard,outdoor shower,outdoor gas grill.

House Rules

As your host,we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be!Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home.For us to do so,we would truly appreciate it if you can fallow these house rules.Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!


-Check-in is at 4 pm and Check-out is at 10 am.

-Check-in is contactless and key codes are sent out at 3:30 pm the day of arrival.

-Keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 pm.

-Absolutely no parties .May result in immediate eviction with no refund.
If guests are found to have a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning,guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors,GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

-We have a strict no pet policy,if you bring your pet we will ask you to leave without a refund.

-There shall not be smoking inside the home.Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

-Please wash your dishes after use.

-Please do not rearrange our furniture.

-Lastly,because this is a vacation rental,not a hotel,please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.Respect our property and our things.

Overall good vacation experience. Only inconvenienced was construction right across the street from sunup till sundown… Nail guns… Loud trucks… Horns beeping… Other than that enjoyable stay

Wonderful house!

From the minute we opened the door, we loved this house. It smelled clean when we arrived and every room was spotless! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! We couldn’t think of 1 thing we needed but wasn’t there. Beach items were available and helpful! Distance to the beach was perfect! There is some construction going on across the street but it did not bother us at all! We loved every minute of this house and pool! Not a day went by that we didn’t use the pool. Would love to stay here again! One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house!

Great rental

This house was perfect for my family of 4. You can tell Veronica cares about her property. We spent a lot of time in the pool and short walk to the beach was good. It was very clean and came fully equipped. We will want to stay here again when we make it back to PCB.

Perfect Vacation Rental

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to the beach to walk to and the pool was perfect for the times when we just wanted to stay at the house. They had two wagons that were available to take to the beach along with some boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrellas that made the trips to the beach perfect. If we ever make another trip down to Panama City Beach we will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We just got back from our stay and it was no less than perfect! This house was fully stocked with everything you need from kitchen utensils, plush bath towels to all the essential beach supplies. As expected the pool was the highlight of our kids time (ages 3 & 9) and swam anytime we were home. Several beach accesses were near and we found spots to park with ease. Definitely family friendly & we hope to book again in the future:)
