Beautiful, gigantic resort condo. 3 bedroom/3 bath. Sleeps 14 comfortably (there is a fee per guest/per night after 10 guests). Full kitchen with all utensils provided. Hot tub in living room. Many restaurants, bars, shops on site. 18-hole golf course. Phenomenal Indoor/Outdoor water parks (passes included in room rate). Passes valid until water park closure on the day of check out. Check in 4:00 pm/Check out 10:30 am.

A Wisconsin Dells Rooming Tax (5.5%) & a $29.99/Day resort fee is collected at Check-In. Factor this into budget.

For the Pickleball lovers, we are less than a one hour drive from the state of the art dedicated indoor pickleball courts in Madison, WI - PicklePro Courts. There are other pickleball courts nearby.

I had so much fun with my family at this rental! The condo was wonderful communication with the owner was fantastic. I knew all the info I needed well before check in day. The pricing was better than my club discount that I have with Chula Vista. For sure could not pass up this deal.

The was a lot of room. There was very little soap in the rooms. The room was very hot even with the air on in the middle of winter. The host was very kind and gave lots of helpful information.

The stay was exactly what was mentioned. The resort is clean and I didn't find any issues. Instructions were direct and the resort gave no problems even booking through VRBO. The host answered all my questions and was prompt. We had 10 adults a 2 and 11 year old and were comfortable. The location was close to downtown area but still recommend a car to get there. It was about 10 min drive. I highly recommend

Amazing stay!

No complaints! The property owner was easily accessible and very prompt with responses. The only downfall we had is when we arrived the fridge was off so after a 3 hour drive we had to wait to unpack until that was cold.

Truly a Chula Vista!!!

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 9 adults, 3 littles and 2 pups!! Received quick replies to all questions asked and the location was perfect for visiting the Dells area! The only suggestions I’d make are to put a few more dishes and utensils in the larger of the 2 units, perhaps one casserole dish & a larger coffee pot (4 cups didn’t quite cut it with a large group but overall HIGHLY recommend!!!

Chula Vista Getaway

This property was very nice and description is accurate. It was clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Our only complaint is with the resort itself- they close all pools, arcade and water parks at 7pm. As warm as it was, we would have enjoyed staying in the pools later.

Nice 3bdrm Condo at Chula Vista

We only had a one night stay. The condo was great, check in line was rather miserable, and the water park hours were not good (closed at 7pm and did not open again until 10am), The condo itself was a great place to stay in The Dells. Peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Chula Vista has a nice waterpark away from the chaos of The Dells.

Nice property

Nice property and location. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with full kitchen and living room with adjoining 2 queen/1 bath room. Fit our family good and close to many things in the area. Liked that we could get the kids dressed and stay inside to go to the water park through the tunnel. Pull out couch mattress was dirty, many items left under the beds but overall things were clean and in good working condition.

The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and the lay out was great. It was challenging cooking due to lack of equipment and supplies. I would recommend the condo be stocked better with dish towels, dish cloths, cookware, coffee maker, utensils, etc. There were plenty of dishes and glassware. This is a great place for young kids as it is quiet but still has lots of things to do. We all really enjoyed our stay.

I was very cold the first night. Got more blankets and was ok the second night.

King size bed did not have a fitted sheet, therefore did not stay on properly.

if i have problems never clear on who to go. long black hair in shower.Took several hours to hear back from manager.Need to be clear on VBRO and hostee how many can sleep without extra charge. Times in both places need to match

Met our need

We only stayed one night and had enough space for all of us. The check-in and out times were inaccurate on the VRBO site. When registering the front desk said to take it up with VRBO. Fortunately our room was ready. There was no air in the elevators making it very stuffy.

Family getaway

We had 5 adults and 5 kids for a weekend getaway. The water park was fun, engaging and entertaining for all the kids ages. The space wasn’t crowded so the slides and lazy river were quickly accessible. It was a wonderful family weekend. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the condo and availability of cleaning products.
