Luxurious 3-bedroom Presidential on beach

The Luxxe Presidential Villa--La Punta (the Point)--is truly elegant in size, luxury, and exclusivity. It is available as a one-, two-, or three-bedroom suite and is only at the Nuevo Vallarta site. The three-bedroom sleeps ten adults and two kids under twelve. There is only one Presidential and no more will be built. The Presidential occupies a site closest to the ocean of any of the Nuevo Vallarta buildings. On one side, rooms face Puerto Vallarta and have a perfect view of the river and bird sanctuary. The other side gives you a view of the entire Vida complex at Nuevo Vallarta.

In addition to the VRBO quoted cost there is an additional modest Mexican Lodgers tax, depending on the price of the room, that you pay on checkout at the resort

We can book up to 12 months in advance so try to get your request in early. We do not accept reservations less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date.

​Each 3-bedroom Presidential suite has a private terrace with two plunge pools, two gourmet kitchens, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, two dinning rooms, and five flat-screen TVs. It can be broken up into a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom, each with its own kitchen, living room, and deck

Try the Presidential if you want a high level of luxury and you have a large group. There are only fourteen 3-bedroom units in the Presidential. They are available for rental only from high-end owners such as ourselves and are extremely difficult to obtain--ask 13-months in advance.

The Nuevo Vallarta Grand Luxxe resort offers an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus (Nayar) golf course (free green fees with most rentals, you pay caddie fee), an 18-hole Greg Norman golf course (green and caddie fees charged), and a 10-hole executive course (small green fee charged, no caddies).

The two-bedroom unit can sleep up to six adults and two children under 12. We also offer a one-bedroom unit that can sleep up to four adults and two children under 12. Both unit sizes may include free rounds of golf plus a promotional offer of two 50-minute Swedish massages for the price of one.

The resort is kid-friendly (kids club and kiddie pools), but with many opportunities for quiet adult relaxation. The spa facilities and fitness centers offer a luxurious pampered experience and access is free to adult guests (classes cost extra). The grounds are beautiful with lakes, bridges, and lush tropical gardens.

The Grand Luxxe hotels include the original Grand Luxxe, the Presidential Punta (closest to the sea), the three-bedroom Spas and Lofts and the 4-bedroom Residence Club. Availability of these higher luxury units becomes more difficult, but we can try to obtain what you want. We can book 12 months out, so give us enough notice to get the booking you prefer.
