**Two Bathrooms: No need to worry about morning routines – we have two bathrooms to accommodate your group's needs, one bathroom is connected to a bedroom.

**Supplies: We will get you started with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and coffee k-cups. However, you will be responsible for purchasing additional items if needed.

*Pool is heated to 84 degrees. If you wish to have it warmer, there will be an additional fee of $30/daily or $150/week. For extended stays, please contact host for pricing.

*SECURITY CAMERAS: There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. There is also a security camera on the garage side of the house along the path. These are in place for your safety and protection! Please do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home. We also have a noise monitoring system in the backyard that will alert us if loud noise is detected during quiet hours. It does not record audio and only monitors decibels.

*NOISE ORDINANCE: The City of Fort Lauderdale has a strict noise ordinance policy. If the City Code Enforcement or Fort Lauderdale Police are contacted regarding a noise complaint, the Police department will be dispatched to issue a fine for this violation. This ordinance states that noise cannot be heard more than 25 feet away after 10:00pm. Any fines administered for this violation will be the responsibility of the booking guest.

*Please make sure to review our cancellation policy prior to booking.
*Any evidence of smoking inside the property will require the booking guest to pay a fee of $1,000.
*Parties, events or gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine plus additional cleaning fee.
*No parking on the street. Driveway allows for 4-cars only.
*Quiet time 9:00pm – 8:00am. This is a strict guideline as we want to be respectful of our neighbors as they are full-time residents. *PLEASE SEE NOISE ORDINANCE INFO*
*No open flames inside the property of any kind including candles, incense, etc.
*Any damage to furniture, bedding or any other item in the property will require a replacement fee which will be the amount to replace the item.
*Please do not move any of the furniture inside or outside of the house except the blue counter stools outside.
*If we are charged for any additional cleaning fees due to the condition of how the property was left, you will be charged for those additional fees.
*Any damage to the property of any kind that needs immediate attention, and a maintenance person needs to come out, you will be charged for all fees associated with it.
