The Azalea Cottage at Cottages on the Bayou sits on 2.5 acres right on the Vermilion Bayou. This one-of-a-kind property is surrounded by trees and other beauties of nature, and makes you feel like you’ve left the city limits of Lafayette. You will not want to miss out on hanging a hammock in the trees and enjoying (or falling asleep to!) the soothing sounds of nature surrounding you; or roasting marshmallows in the fire pit for s’mores after you’ve cooked up some good ole' Cajun food on the BBQ pit; or walking to the edge of the property where you’ll find a wrought-iron swing to watch the sunset on the water.

Looking for the icing on the cake? Cottages on the Bayou is only 1 mile from the airport, 2 miles from UL, and minutes away from Downtown Lafayette! Travel just 1 minute down the road and you are bound to find a place to shop, eat, or just listen to live music.
